Smile on Nashville

Realistic review here and if this pic of progression doesn’t do it for you- then hopefully the story will. I went in the Smile On with years of insecurity behind my smile. But, I was getting married soon, so now was my chance in a confident smile as a bride. I told the team about how I wanted it to still look like me and I would consider veneers if I had to, but I was interested seeing options in what else they could do. Unfortunately, transparently, my first visit turned into three and all trying to sell me on veneers. Dont get me wrong, they were gorgeous! They just didn’t look like me. I was a bit defeated- leaving feeling unheard. Fortunately, Dr. Trembly gave me a call one day to hear me out. He was so understanding, he had me back immediately to put together another plan. Right away, the plan was everything I wanted and we got to work quickly. Even after the gingivectomy it was an immediate difference. Then the whitening. And then two permanent retainers and some composite bonding and WOW. I HAVE THE SMILE OF MY DREAMS. Dr. Trembly is incredible. He is so precise and strives for perfection. And even though I think most people go in expecting veneers to be their solution, my journey was different and what Dr. Trembly was able to do with composite is truly art.

Highly recommended 👌 Dr Trembley did absolutely fantastic work. I didn't think my smile could be fixed and for my wedding. The photos look amazing with my new smile. I get compliments all the time and love my smile. Staff was great and professional, always feel comfortable and treated well.

10/10 would recommend Dr. Trembley! He does phenomenal work and made time to see me the same day I reached out about my teeth. I had an issue with veneers from a previous dentist and ended up leaving with a better result than when I first got them. Definitely the place to go!

Jeff is hands down the nicest and most proficient dentist I’ve ever been to. I met him outside of the office and his personality was so great, I had to visit him in office. He’s done all of my dental work for 2 years now and never missed a beat. I went in for two fillings the other day and he ended up not only filling those quickly, but ended up fixing my front 4 top teeth using resin and gave me a smile I haven’t had my entire life without anything invasive, and even gave me a discount for doing it, which shows this man’s kindness and compassion for what he does. He was in and out with everything in under 2 hours which is incredible as usually this takes a lot longer in my opinion. Wouldn’t be able to fit the amount of praise I have for Jeff and his team at Smile On in this review. Do yourself a favor and go to Smile On for all of your dentist needs, seriously!

I am a new patient at Smile on Nashville and had an after hours dental issue that would've been detrimental/impeded my ability to do my job. I was able to get in touch with Dr. Trembley who went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of and had the care I needed to feel better quickly. I can't say enough great things about his quick action, commitment to making sure the issue was resolved and for checking in afterwards to make sure I had no lingering problems. I feel grateful to have such a great and reliable dental team here in Nashville!

I should have know from my first visit that this clinic only cared about making money. The main dentist hardly gave me the time of day at every appointment I had. For 2 months I never heard back on the menu of "treatment plans" they were going to send. I followed up multiple times with no response. Finally after most of their staff quit I received a message saying that the Dr. won't be giving options and the only option was a bunch of veneers to help with a teeth grinding issue. To me I felt like a transaction and I could guarantee the dentist wouldn't notice me in office or out. I would recommend finding someone who cares about their patients. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Stay clear

(Coming from a totally satisfied patient) I had dental implants for many years previously, but never felt confident in the appearance of my smile.

Highly recommended! I did a lot of research before deciding on the right dentist to enhance my smile and restore some of my teeth from issues with teeth grinding. I put my trust in Dr. Trembley and his team to complete the work and couldn’t be more pleased with my new smile! They were there every step of the way to help me understand exactly what I needed to achieve the natural results I was looking for. From doing a mock up smile in the office to the final seating of my new veneers, Dr. Trembley put me at ease by explaining each process, showing me adjustments he could make, and helping decide on the perfect shade for a natural result. Dr. Trembley’s game is strong and has to easily be the best cosmetic dentist in Nashville! Folks are constantly complimenting my bright new smile and I find myself smiling more often thanks to Smile on Nashville!!! 😁

After going to Smile on Nashville for a couple of years and having one positive experience after another I decided to finally write a review. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Last year I chipped my front two teeth on a metal straw. It wasn’t very noticeable to others unless I pointed it out, but I was self conscious as my teeth were no longer smooth on the bottom. I didn’t want veneers for a couple of reasons. (I didn’t want my healthy teeth to be ground down if even just a little, & the cost) So I assumed I’d just be stuck with my front two teeth not being smooth on the bottom. When I got my cleaning & expressed my concern the the hygienist she said Dr Trembly may have a solution for me. He suggested I get core buildup on my front two teeth. He sculpted the core buildup (filling material) on my front two teeth the same day as my cleaning. It was a fast procedure and I left there loving my smile again! I purchased their in-office dental insurance plan that gives you discounts off services which was totally worth it. It includes my dental cleanings each year and if you have a dental emergency it includes the exam. I rarely have issues with my teeth so I mostly got it for the cleanings & as security in case something happened... Which it did. I had a crown a previous dentist put on come off. I didn’t really like that crown & had every intention on getting it replaced with a new one, which Dr Trembly advised against. He just re-cemented my old one. He could have made significantly more money by replacing my crown, but advised if it were him he would keep my existing one as it was in good shape. This made me feel he really does what is in the patients best interest not just what is the most profitable for him.
On a side note my boyfriend had an accident & had major dental trauma. I referred him to Smile on Nashville & he said it was the first time in his life he felt comfortable with a dentist. He has horror stories from one terrible dentist after another starting at childhood & has a lot of dental anxiety as a result. He had rave reviews about Dr Trembly and his staff which says a lot.
I have found my lifetime dentist!

This is a long time overdue but I want to share my gratitude and appreciation for all of the hard work that Dr. Trembley and team dedicated to my case. I am a fellow dental healthcare provider and sought him out while I was living halfway across the country. The results he is able to achieve do not happen overnight. They are the product of hours of extra training and a drive towards excellence. Dr. Trembley has set himself apart from the pack. He created a smile for me that was not just new and better but mine.
