New to Newport and took my daughter (9) in for the first time. I was told ONLY children 3 and under are allowed to be accompanied by an adult. It's an office policy and if I didn't like it they can cancel the appointment. I canceled her appointment and mine (scheduled next week) and walked out.
**the receptionist needs to inform all new patients of this policy before moving forward.

I had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks for both of my kids and AFTER we keep the kids out of school, arrange a sitter for my elderly mother, and drive all the way out to Newport... they tell me they don't have an appointment scheduled and only have 1 of the kid's name in their system. I'm so mad. They have no concern for any of it. From the looks of these reviews... that's kind of their thing. Btw... it's creepy you want the kids alone. 😳

Dr. Seth Smith is the best around! Will never go to another dentist. If you're in need of a dentist this is 100% the place to go.

They are very rude to everyone, even worse with the children it seems. They talk down to them like they are animals or something. They are very disorganized, don't want the parents in the room with the children, and get mad if a child is scared. my children were scared to death of them. One of the nurses shouted at my daughter for crying!! She's only 5, of course she's gonna be scared when a strange person comes near her with a big needle with no explanation.. they told me to find her another dentist, but didn't scold my other 4 children when they cried I think you guys are a friggin joke.

This would be my first time ever leaving a review on this website this is the worst most unprofessional dentist office you could ever use I would highly advise anyone not to ever use this dentist office because their staff is rude and apparently my husband left a review I got a call stating that they can no longer see us they didn't care to run our insurance and everything else and try to get us to pay for this and pay for that and everything else I've been told by other people where they make their own implants they try to max out your insurance but by the way there's staff works and the things that I've been told about this place and the way the lady that just called spoke to me in a way its the worst most unprofessional dental office I have ever been to in My Life apparently a review was left by my husband that I had no idea about and I get a call stating that they need to dismiss us which is totally fine because we're going to go somewhere better that actually knows how to treat their patients if I could give this place a negative review a negative review I would

My took my son in with a tooth ache. They took ex rays and said they would not do anything for him and tried to charge her $108. They don't want to fool with waiting for the insurance. I'll not use them again.
