My family has been going to Midsouth Family Dentistry for almost 3 years now and we always have such a great experience there! Going to the dentist can be stressful, but they make it so easy and comfortable for my kiddos and I. Dr. Craig is caring and friendly. He always has a smile on his face and makes them feel at ease. And Dena is the best hygienist! She is so gentle on my teeth! The staff is great and there is just a really warm atmosphere in their office. I highly recommend trying them if you are looking for a new dental office.

This was my first visit to this clinic and the entire visit was exceptional in every way. I've only been in TN for 4 years and have been trying to find a dentist with a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. This one was recommended highly by a neighbor so I called for an appointment. They were booked about two months out but I took it, but also asked if they could put me on a wait list for any cancellations. They had a cancellation within a few days and I was able to get in much sooner. The hygienist was very kind and friendly. Dr. Craig was sociable and helpful and encouraging. It was a major "win" to me that they do cleanings and xrays in one visit and not two. I definitely will be going back to this clinic and referring them to others!

What a great office. Friendly staff willing to always help. Had an issue come up right before the Xmas holidays and they worked with me to make sure I could be seen, and fixed the problem before the extended Xmas holiday break.
On top of all that, when word of the winter weather moving in came up, they again called me, and re-scheduled things so that I wouldn’t have to miss my original appointment because of the bad weather.
They are the BEST dentist office around!!!

My son broke off his front tooth in a freak accident on the Friday just before the new year holiday weekend. Dr. Craig was like an angel that day repairing the damage and restoring his dental condition to normal. He and his staff worked after hours to repair the damage on that day. They were skilled, compassionate, and provided us the best care possible. We will see Dr. Craig for family dental needs from now on. Thanks again, for what you did for my son!

Such a great experience! Dr. Craig is so nice and professional. Makes you feel so comfortable. Kelly, the dental hygienist is absolutely amazing! Could not recommend this dentist more. If you want to go somewhere where you feel like a family, definitely check them out. The entire staff is amazing!

GREAT Dentist and staff! Dr Craig is awesome as well as his entire staff. As much as I’ve hated going to the dentist all my life, I finally found someone that makes me comfortable in the chair. I’ve been going to Midsouth Family Dentistry for a few years now. Checkups, fillings, crowns, and even an extraction. Dr Craig and staff are all top notch! I highly recommend!!
