Midsouth Family Dentistry: John Craig, DDS

As someone who has had extensive dental work done, it is hard for me to relax in a dentist office. I had an amazing experience with Robin and Dr. Craig! Robin took her time and made sure I was completely comfortable. Dr. Craig was very personable and took his time to make sure he knew my history. I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially to people who have anxiety going to the dentist.

I can honestly say that this is best Dentist office I’ve been to. My boys usually dread going to the Dentist (this is their third one), but they walked out happy and agreed that this is where we should stay. Everyone, all of the staff, and Dr. Craig are so welcoming and friendly. They each took their time with the kids and explained everything they were doing. In fact, I’ve had the same Dentist for years, but just set my first appointment to come on board as a patient as well. So happy we were referred by a friend! She gave them all amazing reviews as well!

I needed a dentist with extended hours and weekend availability due to my work schedule. Everyone at the clinic is so welcoming and friendly. I called to schedule my husband and he was in the next day. I called to schedule a Friday and was immediately in. My appointment was at 7:30 am and everyone was smiling. The office is gorgeous. Dena (dental hygienist) and Dr. Craig were so welcoming and made me feel like family. They don't push procedures or extra cost on you. Its more of a professional opinion. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his staff at Mid South Dentistry!

Where do I start except with 10 stars if I could. Dr. Craig and his staff/team were gifted to me when I needed them most and I remain blessed. Dr. Craig through his diligence, thoroughness, and kindness of spirit, may have well saved my life, or at very least; a longer recovery from urgent oral surgery that he recommended and I ultimately had within 24 hours. (Please know that was due to my putting off seeing a dentist until my insurance kicked in. When meeting Dr. Craig I knew I was in trouble, just now how much.) After extensive oral surgery; from a wonderful professional surgeon; a prompt recommendation given to me through him, I am on the mend. Dr. Craig is still checking in on my progress, for which I am thankful. (Mind you, I have only seen him ONCE!) I am new to this area, single and over 60. I work full time and am in otherwise blessed good health. This really knocked me down for a bit. (Missed 4 days of work.)To have truly caring medical professionals is very unique in my opinion, and Dr. Craig will be forever my Dental professional. Please do not hesitate to trust yourself or your families' dental issues, general or difficult to Dr. Craig and his fabulous Team's care. I could never believe you would ever be disappointed. Dr. Craig and his team are unique because of the relationship between them and the patients; it is like family. He personally interacts with patients, educating and caring for their needs. They've even been able to work with me when I had problems with my insurance to make sure I was still able to get the work I needed.
The appointments are always a breeze and surprisingly painless, even when doing serious work. It's been a pleasure to work with them!! I HIGHLY recommend them, especially to anyone who tends to be squeamish or anxious about the dentist. Dr. Craig is very calm and compassionate. I couldn't be happier or more grateful that I found them!

We just switched the kids, myself and husband to this practice and we had an amazing experience! This was the first time our 4 year old allowed a hygienist to get xrays and do his cleaning without crying or complaining. Dr. Craig was knowledgeable and personable and the rest of the staff were awesome. We are very happy we decided to switch and know we are in great hands!

I visited Dr Craig today and it was my first time there. I had a wonderful experience from the minute I walked in the door. Extremely friendly and professional. I am glad I was referred to them and happy to say I have found a dentist since moving to Nashville.

Dr Craig and the entire staff were excellent! I was in pain and had an emergency that couldn't wait. My former dentist office wouldn't respond for days. They saw me on the weekend and had me out the door in minutes. This was the fastest, most painless experience I've ever had. Midsouth Family Dentistry is my dentist now and I would recommend them to anyone.
