Honestly, this is by far the BEST experience I have had at a dental office! I felt like I was treated like a queen, everybody was so kind, warm, genuine, and welcoming. Easily the best experience I have had at a dentist office. Waiting room was very nice and relaxing. Very good technology compared to other offices. Hillary did an amazing job cleaning my teeth without making me feel butchered! And Dr Atchley was great about explaining what was going on with my teeth and what to do moving forward. Dr. Atchley and his Dental team are wonderful! I recently had several veneers put on and I am a very anxious patient and I don't like things in my mouth. Dr. Atchley and his staff were amazingly professional, calm, and informative with the details of my procedure. During the procedure the entire team would ensure I was calm and comfortable always informing me of the next steps putting my mind at ease. My entire visit was comfortable and relaxing, the bonus.....I received a paraffin hand treatment, warm mitts, a warm neck wrap, and was able to listen to music of my choice. Not the Dentist you imagine at all, a true spa experience!

As a life-long patient of Dr. Atchley's, it is high time to give them a glowing review! Going to Dental Bliss is unlike any other dental experience you'll ever have. From the time you walk in until you leave, you're in the most excellent of hands. The lovely ladies at the desk are always there to greet you. The waiting room is also full of goodies like fresh coffee, cucumber water, and cookies, along with a jukebox and video game system for patients to use during their visit! They even have a paraffin wax warmer for your hands and headphones for you while you're in the chair, making it even more spa like.
When it comes to the dental aspect of your visit, this is where Dr. Atchley and his team truly excel. Most of his staff has been with him for many years, and they are all so professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The equipment in their office is state of the art in order to provide you with the most thorough treatment. I have never been afraid or dreading going to the dentist because of the wonderful care I always receive at Dental Bliss! If I could get my teeth cleaned there every week I would:) Thank you Dr. Atchley and your amazing team!

If I could give the Franklin office staff and Dr Hord 10 stars, I would. I have what I call dental PTSD due to extreme dental trauma as a child. Thankfully, I have always had pretty good teeth, but due to age of crowns and some cracked teeth, I needed 6 crowns. I was scared to death! The staff completely understood and I was put to sleep for my care. They gave me the best care, empathy and understanding I could possibly get. I can't say it was a breeze, but I know I could not have received better, or more pain free care anywhere else in the Nashville area. I will never go to another dentist office again! These ladies feel like my friends. Linda is a true gem and treats their guests like royalty. I highly recommend Dental Bliss to those who are especially fearful of going to the dentist, and those who need a lot of work done due to years of dental neglect. Don't wait any longer.
