I’ve only just started going to this dentist and am hopeful. This dental clinic does well to make you feel comfortable and seen. The staff are very friendly and empathetic, which is perfect for people like me who have had bad dental experiences in the past. They go out of their way to make sure you are informed and as at ease as possible in your experience.
The clinic itself is chic and modern feeling. There is a polish and vibrancy to the appearance and mood they have cultivated. It never felt rushed or crowded.

If you are looking for a new Dentist, then look no further. Fantastic small group with awesome staff. Everyone there is caring and pleasant. From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave. They take their time and you never feel rushed. Make sure you ask for Morgan as your Dental Hygienist!!!!

I'm new to the area and hadn't found a dentist prior to this pain so when I woke up to severe pain in my mouth and found River Valley Dentistry offers emergency appointments, I immediately called them.
They were patient and explained what caused the infection to happen. They recommended three local Endodontics to make sure I got the care I needed. They also came up with a care plan to replace the crown that doesn't fit properly to keep other issues from happening.
I was in and out in no time and am extremely lucky to have found my new dentist so quickly.

Everyone at the Ooltewah office is so friendly! I feel so welcome every time I come in. Morgan, Bri, and Dr. Lenz were excellent for my appointment and my husband’s appointment yesterday. Everything is completely so thoroughly, and I would recommend this office to anyone!

It is always the best of pleasures to see everyone at your office. Never in all my years have I ever enjoyed going to the dentist as I do now. Dr. Lenz changed that with her kind, caring and very gentle way. She is totally genuine and shares and exudes happiness along with her professional manner. Bre is also the best and sweetest gal I have met, happy to call her friend, she has a huge heart and gives the best hugs. Today, Kaitlin cleaned my teeth and, like all the others, she asks about my family and life in that wonderful caring mode seen everywhere in the office. Today I also met Dr. Benton, hoping my spelling of her name is correct. She is kind, knowledgable and very engaged. She shared her story about becoming a dentist and she is well on her way to have a very successful career. I missed seeing Laura and a few others but you all will continue to see us after we move to Lenoir City. When you find a special place and folks, you stay with it when possible.
