I’m not super thrilled to go to the dentist, but this practice is amazing. From the moment you check in to checking out it was a smooth operation. I commented on how my lips always get dry during X-rays and they keep mini chapsticks for the patients. So amazed by the little things they thought of to keep you comfortable. My hygienist was Lexi and she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. Dr. Lenz was great and very kind. She got right to the point telling me what exactly I needed to do to fix the issue with my tooth and have great oral health. I appreciate her professionalism and warm manners.

The staff was so friendly and professional. I had a filling come out and broke a tooth on a Saturday afternoon. I called the Ooltewah office first thing Monday morning and they worked me in that same day. I had never been there before but was referred to them by several people and I’m so glad they did. I plan on staying with them for my whole family’s dental health from here on.

Very friendly smiling faces. I went in for a cleaning, they did X-rays, scans, poked, and prodded my teeth and gums. They had me take antibiotics for no reason that gave me diarrhea, and then they told me they didn't have time to do my cleaning. They pretty much just used my insurance and brushed me off. Insurance parasites.
