The staff at River Valley are very professional. They are taking extra precautions to help ensure the prevention of the spread of Covid19. Everyone is very friendly. The Hygenist, Lexie, did excellent work, and was very attentive to my requests and needs. She was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Lenz followed up by pin-pointing a particular problem I have been experiencing with several teeth. She knew exactly what I needed to correct the problem.
I have every confidence in the staff here, and I look forward to my future visits!

I realize companies these days rely heavily on reviews, as do I, when searching for services, restaurants etc..With that said, I've sometimes written a review after my initial visit, only to have the service go downhill afterwards. So I waited a long time to post this. My story is that I moved from the Nashville area to the Chattanooga area a few years ago. I had a wonderful dentist, Dr. Jonathon Griffen, for many years and never thought I could come close to getting that lucky again. After reading many reviews, asking around & often driving by the Ooltewah location, I tried River Valley. I can honestly say I am very very happy! Ive had quite a few visits over the last 2 years, replacing crowns, teeth cleaning and a implant & cavity here & there.The offices are nice & clean. The staff is wonderful. I love all these girls. They are funny, sweet & always helpful. The place is run like a well oiled machine. I have had work done by Dr. Hammontree & Dr. Lenz & they are both great. The girls that clean your teeth are really good too. Pris at the front desk takes care of your billing and appointments & she's precious. I call the girls my lovelies. Occasionally one will leave, which is sad because they become almost family. They have all taken such great care of me. I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and experience River Valley Dentistry You'll be glad you did!!!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Staff was kind and very knowledgeable about patient care and insurance matters. My first time to see Dr. Lenz and she was extremely gentle and explained everything to me in terms a patient would understand. I would recommend her and the entire practice without hesitation.

I have moved to Atlanta, but make the drive to Ooltewah for my dental needs. Dr Lenz and the entire staff are warm and welcoming. They make sure you understand, taking the time to give thorough explanations about your particular concerns. On top of all that, they’re just amazing at what they do. It was my first visit to River Valley Dentistry in Ooltewah today and I was very impressed! Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and informative. Every action from x-rays to check out was explained to me in a clear, concise manner. Kim, the hygienist, and Dr. Hammontee were knowledgeable and showed concern for my comfort. Highly recommend!

Fantastic dental experience...I am a hygienist and after 20 years of being in dental offices and working with a multitude of dentists, I am quite particular. I am also a big baby when it comes to needles. My procedure was painless and I felt Dr. Lenz did everything she could to make sure I was informed of what was happening, to make me comfortable, and to have top of the line treatment. Though I hope to not be back anytime soon, I will not wait a year in anxiety to be taken care of if the need arises. Also, the office is beautiful, very clean, and all staff I encountered were friendly and kind. I highly recommend the Ooltewah River Valley Dentistry office!!

We always have a wonderful experience when we go to get our teeth cleaned. From the first step in the door Priscilla is always friendly and talks to you like she’s known you her whole life. The hygienist are always great and give “tough love” to my child that thinks brushing his teeth for 5 seconds is good enough. And ALL the dentist are FANTASTIC!!!! I would recommend RIVER VALLEY DENTISTRY to anyone needing a dentist.
