River Valley Dentistry

I was a little nervous at first, my first visit was today. I can honestly say I was treated like I had been a patient for years. Everyone from the front desk to my Dentist and her assistant put me at ease. They explained everything in detail. The assistant is even giving up her lunch tomorrow to assist my dentist with a chipped tooth. No one does that, it shows how committed they are to make me feel cared for. I would definitely give them a five star review, I usually never bother with these, but truly they deserve it!!

Dr. LeeAnn Lenz is the best! She is very caring and always makes sure I am comfortable at each visit. The staff work well together as a team and everyone that has worked with me has been wonderful. When I have needed crowns or fillings I have had great outcomes. I was also educated in preventing further issues with my teeth (hello, night guard!) and yes, they know when you have not flossed 😁. The office is beautiful and clean. I would recommend River Valley Dentistry in Ooltewah to anyone who is looking for compassionate dental care.

Wonderful experience, Entire staff was kind and caring. I was made to feel welcome and safe. I was given a treatment plan with no pressure to proceed. Staff had full knowledge of insurance deductibles and co-pay. We're moving forward with my care plan.

They are absolutely amazing! My 2 year old son is very shy about new people and situations and they made him feel right at ease. He was all smiles at the end of his appointment.

Let me start by saying that I, like many others, have extreme anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments. I am a nervous wreck anytime I am within 10 feet of a dentist’s office. My last dental appointment (at a facility I will not name) was the absolute worst and most overpriced experience I have ever had. Because of that and COVID, I have not been back to a dentist in over a year and a half. I developed a toothache a few days ago and decided it was time to find a new dentist. River Valley was the first one to come up on my search. I called and they got me in the next day for an exam. The entire staff made me feel welcome and calm! The office is gorgeous, calming, and comfortable. When it came time to get my treatment plan, I was floored by the amazing prices at this office! They seriously have the best prices I have ever seen at a dental office! I absolutely cannot recommend these guys enough. I will NEVER go anywhere else!

Every time I go to this office, it’s like having a visit with family. These are some of the sweetest people and they always know you. It’s never like being a new patient every time you go.
