Dr. Morris was the sweetest. I've debated for months even leaving this review but I feel like I just have too. I'll start by saying I have severe OCD and I notice things a lot of people wouldn't. Dental offices are supposed to be sterile places, I watched his assistant put gloves on, touch the computer keyboard, the mouse, drawers, her chair, my daughter's chair, and almost everything in the room except the floor. Then touch the sterile equipment and stick the same gloved hands in my daughter's mouth. The light had sterile covers on the handles and she touched the light everywhere but on the handle covers. I almost had a full OCD melt down. I had to turn my head and watch TV to stop from having a major panic attack. Not only is this disgusting it can spread sickness, disease and cause infections. Thankfully my child didn't get sick, however it's still not ok. Dr. Morris put his gloves on and touched nothing but my daughter's teeth and the equipment, however the equipment had already been cross contaminated by his assistant. He was not in the room while she was doing this and may not be aware. However, she should know better and be trained better. She also touched all over things in the drawer after having her fingers in my daughter's mouth so that will be going in someone else's mouth eventually. She needs to be trained in proper protocol and sterilization processes. Dr. Morris, I find no fault in you. I thought you were a lovely man, but your assistant either needs retraining or needs to be removed before someone gets sick or gets an infection due to her incompetence.
