This was the worst experience at a dentist that I have ever had. The receptionist does not know how to file an insurance claim then tells the customer they owe the balance due instead of trying to figure out what the issue was. The issue was that she did not run the correct insurance member ID number and closed the account and claim. Then said they was sending a bill for the remainder that they didn’t even bother to file with insurance properly. I called and requested to file again, and they refused and wanted payment immediately. She then gets very rude and hateful and hangs up on us when we tell her what our dental insurance provider told us about them submitting the claim with the wrong ID number and to get them to resubmit it with the correct information so it would be covered and paid. She then told us that it was not her problem to fix (which it is considering that is her job).

My wife had a cavity filled and a week later the tooth was hurting her worse than before the filling. Tried to see about coming back in to get the problem fixed and was told that there could possibly be another exam fee (this was 10 days ago... and we had already paid the deductible and 50% of cost, which is per our policy plan), the rest would have been covered by the insurance company had the office manager filed it correctly in the first place.

We ended up paying the balance in full out of pocket and switching dentists. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a dentist office!

Best Dentist office around. We moved here from Illinois over a year ago. I was terrified to go to the dentist from an awful experience I had in Illinois. When I found this dentist office it took away my fear from going to the dentist. Everyone at the office is wonderful and the dentists are the best!!! Highly recommend this dentist office to anyone!!!

Excellent Dentist. Best one I've ever been to! Dont go to Aspen where they will take all your money and tell you ya have to finance more. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful.

Before I went to Marrs dentistry I was petrified of dentists. They are amazing!!! They talk to you and tell you everything they are doing. I also bring my two boys to Marrs and my grand children. They are so good with them. I wouldn’t choose any other dentists. So if you need an amazing family dentist Marrs is for you.

First time here. Easy parking. Great staff and facility. I had a check up/ cleaning and then the doc saw me. All I can say is I really liked the way I was treated as well as the service provided. Found my new dentist!

My original inclination to schedule an appointment with Mrs.Victoria Marrs was due to a particularly painful and continuously developing cavity on my left cuspid, but following my first appointment it was entirely clear I would GLADLY return for any dental necessity. The staff and Mrs.Marrs are incredibly knowledgeable, amiable, and understanding to any and all who attend the dentistry. It is safe to say, without any doubt, the Marrs Dentistry in Piney Flats is apt and able to help any situation, with your comfort being the utmost value.
