Mid TN Dentistry

I highly recommend this dental office! I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist.. But, not anymore! (So long as I’m going here) Everyone here was so kind and gentle. Both Laurie and Dr. Carrion are very skilled with dental knowledge and hospitality, so I felt I could trust them throughout the whole visit. Laurie was thorough, thoughtful, and took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning, X-rays, and my numbing shots. Dr. Carrion gave me a filling for my cavity. She was very quick, made sure I wasn’t feeling any discomfort, and explained the procedure very well. It’s obvious they love what they do and want to make sure you leave feeling happy & well taken care of.

I haven’t exactly had good experiences with dentists so because the reviews were excellent and their office just a mile away I thought I would give them a try. Each person I met was very caring as well as being well qualified with their responsibilities which caused me to be less apprehensive and started to relax. I made a future appointment to put my teeth in their hands.

I am very pleased with everything and with the staff that participated in my services. My initial experience was very nice. I sat down and chatted with the front desk. She was very pleasant and extreamly knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable.
Then I was introduced to Dr.Claudette Carrion. One of the nicest Doctors I’ve met in over 30 years. Never condescending or arrogant. Very down to earth and focused on the things I wanted, not pushy and short with me; I loved that. She’s a good Doctor. Then there is Shawn the everything girl that was just as pleasant and kind as a person would expect. She and Dr. Carrion worked very well together and were the most professional team I’ve experienced.
It got the impression that everyone worked well together.. that is the first thing I look for in an environment such as this…Very nice place! I started treatment right away because I was impressed right away.
Thanks to all involved directly and indirectly. Two thumbs up!!

I came in and got a cleaning here and they did a procedure that I had never had done before, where they check the depth of your gums. The dentist I went to before never performed this. Needless to say, the results were alarming, but in the end, I'm so glad that I went here and had it done, so I could know the appropriate actions to take to preserve my teeth.

I love this place!!! They are so attentive to your concerns and make you feel confident in your smile. I’ve gotten regular cleanings here for years and I’ve always had a great experience. I’ve also had my wisdom teeth taken out here and veneers put on here. All amazing experiences. 10/10 would DEF recommend 😊

I had an appointment scheduled to get a regular 6 month cleaning and they told me they don't do cleanings on first time patients on the 1st visit and said no dentist office does this, which I know is untrue. In addition to this, like others in these reviews, they refused to do a regular teeth cleaning for me because they wanted me to pay for a deep cleaning and diagnosed with gingivitis. I told them I do not trust their diagnosis and that is when the customer service became crude and ill-mannered. I got a second opinion and as I assumed, I need to floss better and no deep cleaning was needed. They uses measurements/tactics to upsell services and misdiagnose. They are inconsiderate to your time and needs.

My previous dental office closed and I was dragging my feet about finding a new dentist. But after meeting Dr. Carrion and the great team here in Smyrna, I don't have to look any further. They are kind, attentive, and so caring about their patients. They took the time to explain the work I needed to have done and I never felt rushed. They truly cared more about me, rather than just about getting my money. Thanks for putting the patient first!!

Brittany, my Hygienist was awesome. She was patient, friendly, and answered all of my questions. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and explaining all of the services that I received to me. The other two ladies Naye and Tatay were awesome as well. They were very pleasant and provided wonderful customer service.

Always a very pleasant experience even if the diagnosis is not the best!!! Lori was very thorough and comforting when explaining my son’s situation.

We all remember the name of the Doctor, but after my appt at Dr. Carrion office I will for ever remember Tatyana, one of the assistants. Her personality is what dental offices need considering so many people are nervous.. me being one. I was comfortable and Tatyana was very informative on my treatment that was planned. I can’t say I’m excited for my next visit, but looking forward to seeing her again!
