This place used to be a wonderful place to go. Excellent service With outstanding dentists. That all changed with Covid. We got treated terribly by the receptionist at the time that refused to wear a mask and has a big fit over it. Never got an apology over that. Now they never have a dentist present to check your teeth, do a very minimal job cleaning your teeth and haven’t had X-rays taken for over a year now.
To top it all off, they are trying to charge for things that never actually took place or were paid for long ago. Beware of this office. I used to love going here but cannot stomach the lack of care and possible corruption in this place anymore.
Danielle G., who left an earlier review, was absolutely correct in diagnosing people with gum disease and telling them they need deep cleanings. Me and my wife have both had this happen to us over the past three years. I don’t believe we needed it but someone in that office most likely needed a room addition or new kitchen in their home.
We have gone here since coming to Tennessee in 2014 and had six great years of care but when Dentist Maggie left this place went down hill hurriedly.
Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!
