The office staff is super friendly. Lori was super fast in getting me in to check my gums I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Anna made sure Lori knew I had to be out of there before 9:45am to get to work by 10am. My teeth feel amazing after the cleaning I was given a month ago. They feel so much better and look better. I would highly recommend Lori to be your dentist of choice. Also love the conversation and connection made from start to finish. Thank you guys.

Quick, efficient and so nice! The front desk staff, the hygienists and Dr. Carrion are all friendly and welcoming! I needed to see someone before the weekend for tooth pain and they were able to get me in quick, took multiple x-rays and did a thorough job to ensure I would have relief for the weekend! Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 09/20, I received crowns on my two front teeth. 2,000.00 up front. I was very satisfied. 04/21, L front crown broke due to my bite. They said it was under warranty, not my fault. After 7 + weeks in a temporary crown, 3 attempts to match my R tooth, even driving to the lab in Nashville, I received a tooth that was bulky (requiring so much contouring I wondered why they even used a lab) and doesn’t match. Not to mention driving to the office twice only to be told the crown wasn’t in. Ana told us both times it was there. She also lied about the substitute dentist being aware of my case, no worries about yet another dentist placing my crown. Even though, initially, I was told that whichever dentist prepped it, had to place it. Another lie. She also said they slotted enough time for visits. Lie. This has been a horrible experience. Not only am I out 2 grand, I’m very dissatisfied. I was promised after the second time getting a crown that did not match, that I would get both front teeth crowned again to ensure matching (as the lab recommended), yet found out today that wasn’t going to happen. I was told the crowns were still under warranty. Two thousand dollars is a lot of money for a tooth that doesn’t fit or match. I’ve never seen such poor work ethics or such a rude, inexperienced, unprofessional clerical staff. Oh, Matt Steward, director of operations told my husband he was the man to talk to, but hung up on him and then wouldn’t answer when my husband called back. Over 40 dentist offices owned by this company. The CEO, Fred Ward was called and wouldn’t even respond. I trusted the dentists at their word. With three dentists involved, there was no continuity of care.

Our family of five has finally found a dental office that we all like! Chelsey is a great dental hygienist. She is very attentive to details and really listens to any concerns that we may have, plus she is just really fun to be around! Both dentists are skilled and do good work.They make sure you are completely satisfied with anything they do.They stand behind their work, and that is rare these days. We also like that they have an oral surgeon on staff. Two of my kids had their wisdom teeth out there! So convenient! Another big plus is their front desk. I have never been treated more kindly or patiently by office staff at any doctor’s office like I have at this office. I know there are a lot of dentist’s to choose from in our area, but I sincerely recommend that you try Mid TN Dentistry - Cedar Grove for your family.

Super nice and really helpful. It was my first time going there and even though the dentist isn’t the most fun place to go they still did a great job at cleaning my teeth and fixing other problems I didn’t realize I had. They also give oral cancer screenings which I never had done before at my other dentistries

I am a nervous Nelly when it comes to going to the dentist, but their staff is always so good about being understanding + respectful of my concerns.
I have never had a problem there - always felt their treatment plans are fair + they are very good about answering questions or giving necessary information (educating me as a patient).
As for pricing, I don't see it any different than other dental offices with my insurance.
Also, they do seem to be taking extra precautions with CoVid-19.
