This place does not understand the meaning of customer service!! Please before you offer to pay this place any money get a second opinion my husband needed a "DEEP CLEANING" and they over charged him $500 for a deep cleaning they say he needed when in fact he did not ,which was confirmed but two other dentist. MONEY HUNGRY OFFICE STAY AWAY. Go see Dr. Greg Downer whom I have since for almost 12 years due to no late appointments available my husband went to Smyrna '"Modern" Dentistry , but that was a big mistake on our part and we learned this the hard and $500 Later. ZERO STARS. Read all the reviews apparently we were not the only ones.

My first visit to a new dentist.I was so impressed with everyone.the staff is very kind, knowledgable and gave me all the time I needed to answer questions . Thank you to Dania for an absolutely painless , thorough cleaning and periodontal check !!

For every appointment they always have mix-ups then have to reschedule. They always misplace information regarding payments. Even after paying whatever amount, they still find a way to lose information and causes the customer to do their job. Finding when the date and time of when payment was paid. This place has a huge problem with keeping appointments and attempting to overcharge. Too many times has happened. Looking for somewhere honest and has standards.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The dentist I saw was also the owner. She was very condescending, making fun of me and my slight pain to my face, and didn't believe me about my allergies. She refused to show me my xrays, stating that I needed a deep cleaning first before they could look at them. But then she told me that I'd need at least one root canal, maybe two, or an extraction on one of the teeth that "needed" a root canal. But my teeth were supposedly so bad that she couldn't tell how many cavities I had, but knew I needed a root canal and refused to show me the proof? I just had an appointment with a different dentist where I live now, and he showed me every single one of my problem areas, explained how cavities show up on the xrays, and did not see any evidence whatsoever that I needed a root canal, let alone an extraction of one of my teeth. These people are nothing but liars and only focus on the money. DO NOT GO HERE!

I took my sister in for surgery.They threatened her with her surgery telling her if I the driver did not come in for a free consultation that they were not going to do the surgery . That is my constitutional right to not be solicited. It was against my will and choice not to do so . I will be reporting this office with the better business bureau etc!

Me and my family paid almost $11000 for the services we got here. Me and some of my family members had to go somewhere else and fix what they damaged. When one of the tooth they fix broke and I was in pain and went to their office to do something about it they ask me to come back two days later. They just care about money and not people.
