I haven’t went here but my parents have and I saw them wipe and charge all the money from their wage works account. Now they owe money and have gotten a collection agency harassing and calling them about being sued for owing them money. They robbed my parents who speak little English and overcharge for their services. This place needs shutdown immediately you frauds.

By far, one of the best dentists in Nashville and I have plenty to compare to. The staff from Karlie, the ops manager, to Dr. Birrer and Dr. Lewin are extremely knowledgeable and great at what they do. If you’re looking for a great dentist, Dr. Birrer or Lewin are great choices.

Friendly, clean and modern - all the while convincing you that you need far more work than you really do, and overcharging at the same time. $900 out of pocket for a crown after a filling came out. After claims filed through the 2 dental insurances I'm covered by and 2 months later, I still have not received any of this back. Go somewhere else and save your money. Price gouging crooks.

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! If you are not experienced in dental procedures they will play on your fears by showing you images and telling you how bad your situation is. Went in for a cleaning and came out owing over $500 after insurance for a deep cleaning they said was necessary to prevent infection. NOT NECESSARY. The staff are professional salespeople. STAY AWAY, ZERO STARS

Called and scheduled a simple cleaning, haven’t had any tooth issues at all and was told that they can’t do a simple cleaning, said I need almost $1500 worth of work, difference of $1430. They tell you a cheap price and then won’t do that work, they tell you you need a lot more
