Smyrna Modern Dentistry

My rating is based off of the interaction with the office manager not any of the dentist at the practice they were awesome. My last visit I wanted to have everything squared away as far as payment plan and cost. Once I was ready to check out I was giving an higher amount then what was quoted that person wanted to argue with me and show me her screen. Then goes and get the manager who finds out the error was on their end No apology for the mess up. Then the manger Jenna wanted to argue with me on what crown to get like she’s paying for it. This was an expense that I didn’t plan on having for this year. Gina
is rude and arrogant and thinks it’s ok to argue with patients educating is one thing but mashing a patient feel a certain way about the decision they are making not cool. I understand advising a patient but to argue with me once I’ve made the decision that should’ve been end of discussion no going back and forth making me feel pressured. I work in the medical field where I’m a professional and certified coding auditor for a large company so I understand insurance and how things work perfectly fine. Once everything was signed and done I guess Gina had a funky attitude because of what I selected and not allowing her to pressure me. I did my research and already knew what was best for me. Heck she don’t know my financial status to keep telling me it’s only 63 more dollars when the fee keeps increasing.

Dania is my hygienist and always does a fantastic job! She is courteous, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable while I'm there as though I'm part of the family. Dania is a great asset to this company and I highly recommend having her as your hygienist.

I recently moved to the Nashville area and was in dire need of good dentistry. I read the reviews on Smyrna Modern Dentistry and was impressed with their team and equipment. I give Chelsey Binion 5-Stars. She is very passionate with her job and explained procedures very clearly to me. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a great dental practice.

Dr. Jones and Dania are amazing providers! They are very professional and kind. Dr. Jones and Dania made sure that I understood my treatment plan and answered all my questions. They were both very attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and Dania!!

I have been a patient since the week they opened. Their hygienist Dania is great. I have hyper-sensitivity due to root exposure. Dania insures my visits are pain free without having to inject numbing agent in my gums.

I love my hygienist Dania. She does a great job, explains what’s going on with my teeth and next steps. She gives an honest opinion on any extras that are offered and builds great rapport. She makes going to the dentist actually pleasant!!!

I came in with a painful cavity that needed a root canal. I had been in pain for about 6 months. Everyone here was great, especially Dr. Mohamed! He laid out my options clearly. The business office was also very accommodating regarding a payment plan. I would definitely recommend Smyrna Modern Detistry!

Dania Amin, the hygienist, is very kind and treats people like a person not just a patient. She really helped me feel better about my smile. I would come here again! 😸

Dr. Jones was awesome! I walked in needing two crowns and walked out with two new crowns. I appreciate her and the rest of the staff at Smyrna Modern Dentistry! Highly recommend!
