I love going to Warise Family Dentistry. They are always amazing. Alyssa cleans my teeth perfectly and is always so sweet and personable, but very professional at the same time. Dr. Matt has always taken good care of any fillings I may need. The entire team is wonderful. I feel at home when I go to the dentist ♥.

I would like to give higher stars but I can't. The dental hygienist was awesome. The receptionist she's great, very nice and helpful. They both deserve 5 stars. I never dealt with a dentist so i have no review for them. However, the billing person, she is hard to deal with. She is very confusing, one dentist is in network, one dentist is out of network, I didn't even see a dentist. She claims I have a deductible even on in network dentists, I try to tell her I have never in the 10 years I saw my other dentist had a deductible for cleanings but she doesn't listen. I have to fix the issue. I would drive the three hours to see my original dentist before trying to deal with her again. She is the reason I will be changing dentists. I don't deserve to be talked to the way she talked to me. Besides if there is a dentist that is in network why would you use the one who is out of network to bill me if I didn't even see a dentist?! AND why wasn't this explained to me before I even sat in a hygienist chair?! So confusing.

Would not recommend. Front desk receptionist was horrible, extremely incompetent. The office manager was confrontational and the whole incident played out in the middle of the waiting room. Just not what you expect especially when dentists are a dime a dozen. Will seek care elsewhere.

The experience at Warise Dentistry was truly amazing. The Dental Hygienist Alyssa was super knowledgeable and informative about my procedure and the upcoming stages af my dental plan. Dr. Matt Warise did an awesome job on a front filling which I was very concerned about matching my other teeth and crown properly. I look forward to my future visits and the overall health of my teeth, mouth and gums due to the professionalism of the Warise team. Thanks so much, and I would definitely recommend Warise dentistry to anyone who is looking to not only maintain their dental hygiene and appearance but also improve on the overall health of their mouth and teeth!!!! Office staff are complete idiots. I hate dentists, I make this known every time i have to go see one. I made an appointment to have a cleaning and an extraction all at once doing sedation dentistry. They called me once to make sure i was going to bring enough money to pay the bill. They have this 48 hour cancellation policy, They however apparently can cancel whenever because the day before I was to go in they cancelled the extraction. I tried to explain they were getting one visit, I guess they wanted to bill for two. Time to look for another dentist.
UPDATE
I don't think a dentist who allows an office manager to make decisions is a very good dentist. I tried contacting them after this incident and their response was pathetic. In fact they even said i still owed them money from an appointment they cancelled. I would highly recommend avoiding this dentist and their dishonest billing practices.

My husband and I have been patient's since 1992. I have never liked going to the dentist. But with these wonderful people it is like going to see family. We have had weekend emergencies and they would meet us at the office. They have had the same wonderful employees for years. Several of them since the practice opened. To me this shows what a great bunch of people they are to work with and be their patient.

I have been going to Warise Family Dentistry for many years now. Unfortunately throughout the years I have had to see other dentists due to military service, emergencies in other states etcetera. Warise Family Dentistry is and has always been the best option for me, and my family.

I went in to have a cleaning done, and I let the hygienist know that I did not have any dental insurance. I was told that since I had been gone for 3 years that I had to have the x-rays done. When I finished my exam, my bill came to $343. Had I known that it was going to cost that much I wouldn't have came there. The staff was very friendly, and they treated me nice. But the bottom line is I should have been told how much the cleaning would cost before I came.

The staff was very pleasant and put you at ease, from the time you walked into the reception area til you left.They talked about everything they were doing and kept asking how you are doing.

Needed to have some adjustments made on some work done by another Dentist. The team there is FANTASTIC. They were extremely understanding and called me back to come in early within a few days (thanks to a cancellation). Somehow they managed to fix in one visit what I have been trying to have corrected for the last six months. They also took the time to go over my x-rays and gave me a few options regarding some other issues I knew would need to be addressed eventually. I finally found a permanent dentist after moving here two years ago!
