My husband and I both have been to this office several times and it has not been ideal. None of the work has been complicated. My husband is always seen by the same rude hygienist and the first one I saw apparently didn’t know what she was doing at all. She cleaned some of my teeth, polished the others, it took her a zillion tries to get the images done and she put fluoride on my teeth without asking if I wanted it which incurred an extra change and didn’t even put on half my teeth. When I went back due to pain from a cracked tooth I let them know she needed more training and they offered me a free cleaning from someone else. Ok fine. The dentist tells me to save the cracked tooth they can crown it without doing a root canal. It sounded odd but what do I know. 2 weeks after the crown was put on I was in more pain than before so I was told well now you have to have a root canal to kill the nerve and stop the pain. Why not do that to begin with? He said we won’t charge me for a second crown. I certainly hope not since you gave me the wrong service the first time AND the first crown is shaped weird. So I get the root canal and the second crown and I can swear he put it in backwards. Not only that I now have a loose tooth that wasn’t an issue before this office started digging around in my mouth. It’s not the crowned tooth, it’s not the tooth next to it the second one over. How does that even happen? My husband had a crown put on a cracked tooth with such an excessive amount of cement his gums were bleeding when they were getting the excess off on his follow up. We’ve received a bill and I’ve been calling for 2 months trying to get someone on the phone to explain it to me. They either don’t answer, the girl in billing isn’t in, they’re going to do an audit of the account and call me back or you drive up there and the office is randomly closed for 4 days. What’s the point of giving you a quote for work and having you sign an agreement for cost if they’re going to send you a bill after you’ve already given them a ton of money for terrible service? I personally haven’t encountered anyone rude but my husband has. He does tend to rub people the wrong way but that’s only if he feels like he’s not getting what he’s paying for. I NEVER do online service reviews but when I saw how high this place was rated I had to bring it down and let people know that 3/3 crowns on 2 people were done horribly and 25% of our cleanings had to be redone. Those statistics are ridiculous

Love this place and Dr. Foster is wonderful had trouble with my Dental Discount insurance but office Manager jumped in there and figured out what was going on loved Megan Woods ! One person upfront was rude about my insurance when I was trying to explain to her. I started to leave and not come back due to her attitude !Thanks to the Office Manager being so nice and digging into what the problem was is why I stayed and Dr. Foster being so
