The doctor the staff was very friendly they get you in and out. My first time as I patient there it was nice thank you Aspen Dental for your service. My prayers go out to you guys that God will keep you all safe from Harm's Way. And keep up the good work may God bless you all.

So far so great. Love the staff. Getting some teeth pulled Friday....can't wait!! Will have to go see oral surgeon for one extraction but after that will be getting full set of new dentures. Very exciting for this to happen. I previously went to other dental practice and had a very bad experience... Ended up not getting my permanent dentures which I did pay for. So total loss of money. Dentist was extremely rude and staff wasn't trained well. So I'm super excited with Aspen dental. First visit was amazing and expecting everything to be exceptionally great here.

Was quoted $110 for initial visit and tooth extraction on phone when making appointment. I went in the next day for my appointment and was told the price was going to cost $244 for the tooth extraction and the first visit was free to new customers, in which I was. The lady also said that I wasn't the first person that was quoted the $110 price and the people at call center (I suppose) didn't know what they were talking about and there was never a $110 price for tooth extraction.
The actual dental service and staff in the back were amazing and very professional.

I am not really happy with my new dentures. Perhaps my expectations were more than they should been. Also because my having to live on a very limited income ,I was forced to purchase the cheapest ones available. I wasn't expecting to require 7 trips to get them. My daughter had drive me each time which was 500 miles each time. Would I do it again? No. My previous dentures were wore out and I felt that I needed new ones but now I believe I would have better off to keep using them. The staff was very professional and answered my questions but I didn't know the questions I needed to ask.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Made me feel comfortable. However, quoting me $8,000 for my dental needs is not affordable. I was told they offer affordable dental care. As self pay, I cannot afford to even put down 60% of that to make a first appointment. But they are nice and a clean office.

I greeted as I walked in and made to feel that I was part of the family. I was asked how my Invisalign was doing. Once I had completed my COVID paperwork, I only had to wait less than 10 minutes. My teeth were scanned and checked and my turnaround visit time was 40 minutes. Time is valuable and it was much appreciated.

Melissa and Dr Moore took great care of me. Went in for my first time took x-rays and got a tooth extracted the same day. Will definitely be a returning customer ❤

Aspen Dental might be good for dental but not for dentures. I set up an online appointment, drove to the office and a sign in the door says they won't be open until 10:00 a.m. giving me a 45 minute wait to see what was going on. Go inside at 10 and they tell me they can work me in. Very concerned about the payment I will make for replacement dentures. The procedure for the impressions took 1.5 hours while they also made an impression of my original dentures. I stop by the front desk to discuss when I could pick up my dentures. I was given an appointment to come back in TWO WEEKS!!! Professional they are not.
