Had a very bad experience here! He’s been my husband’s dentist for years and We had no issues until He started needing root canals. With the first one a couple of years ago, he missed a root and wound up redoing it. He did it free of charge since it was his mistake. Then he needed another one last November for which he charged over $2,000. Once again, he missed a root and it became infected! Dr. Vaclav was out of town, so we were sent to an Endodontist and got to pay another $2,000 for a second root canal on the same tooth! When my husband asked for reimbursement, Dr. Valclav was very indignant and told us “he doesn’t work for free and we should probably find a new dentist”. WOW!
