Very friendly staff! Called and asked if they had emergency walk-ins available and I was able to come in that moment. Got there and was greeted with friendly faces. Didn't even finish filling out papers and was called back and that was an amazing experience as well. I was able to get in and out in under an hour. And when I was leaving they all told me to have a great day with smiles on their faces! I will definitely be referring them to any who needs dental care!

They are not set up to deal with people that have an actual fear of dentist. I am sure they are very nice people and do good work. But I could hear a drill from the waiting room.
So I put on music to try to get thru that. Then they call me back and my fear really kicked in. I was unable to just jump in the chair. They seemed surprised by my fear, even though I was very clear about it when I set the appointment.
I had to turn off my music to try to talk to the dental hygienist about my fear, then I could hear the drills in other rooms even more. I took off my hearing aid because it was so horrid. I lip-read the hygienist and she said she would get the doctor to talk to me.
But I could still see the other person. I even tried to turn up my music to calm down. But it was too late my anxiety had hit the roof. I walked out.
So I am sure they are good if you just have a bit of anxiety. But if you have been abused by dentist as I have been and have a full on fear of dentist, go elsewhere. This office is too big to deal with full on fear.

Honestly, this is the best and friendliest office in town. I had to bring my toddler with me to my teeth-cleaning appointment today and the staff was all so kind and understanding with her, they even sent her home with her own princess toothbrush. They go above and beyond to get to know their patients and it's always a positive experience.
