I had a great experience today at Austin General Dentistry. Dr. Ryan was extremely kind, patient and gave a very clear explanation of what was going on with my tooth. I have a lot of dental anxiety but Dr. Ryan made the experience as pleasant as possible. All of the staff were attentive and the whole office handles the Covid precautions seamlessly. I was a new patient with a dental emergency and they scheduled me very quickly. I have been to 4 or 5 dentists over the past 7 years to find a place I felt comfortable. My looking is over and I plan to be a Austin General Dentistry patient for years to come.

Dr. Ryan Loveless completed a major cosmetic job on me, prepping and crowning 14 teeth, with smashing success. I was pretty nervous leading up to it, so asked a million questions. Dr. Ryan answered them all patiently, putting me at ease for the big day. I am extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Austin General Dentistry for all your dental needs, both big and small. All of the staff at AGD is great too! You won't be disappointed. Plus..... I am fairly new to the area so I've been looking around for a new dentist. A friend recommended this group and I am SO impressed! I have had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Ryan Loveless and Dr. Lauren Loveless (how cute is it that they are a married couple?!) and they are both so professional, gentle, kind and their skill level is obvious. I have had multiple small procedures, all of which were performed quickly and painlessly. They always took extra time to make sure I was comfortable and I really appreciated the quality patient care. I was really impressed as well by the office staff. My hygienist Crystal is so sweet and professional. The front desk is very efficient and kind and they always call with a reminder call the day before. My whole extended family is now going to this practice- they are the best!

I'm giving them 5 stars because there is no option for 10. I was recommended to Dr. Ryan after I had taken my son to another dentist. and was quoted 3 times the price. Austin Dentistry got us an appointment quickly, and saw that the other place was trying to over treat my sons issues. Dr. Ryan treated me and my wife like longtime friends and my son as if he was his own. Can't say enough nice things about the entire staff we dealt with. Good people.
