This was my first time visiting Dr. Cummings and it was a great experience. The staff was super nice, Dr. Cummings was very friendly and walked me through a phased dental plan. For the first time ever I’m actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

Very professional team. Was leery about going to BLVD for the first time, but my reservations quickly dissolved when I met Juhi who, made my appointment, Cathy who handled my insurance claim, Rachel the Dental Tech and Dr. Cummings who handled my dental care. They treated me like I had been a customer for years. They went over all the details for me and took time to answer all my questions. The office setting was nice. I felt very comfortable with my Dental team and looking forward to the follow up. Thanks guys great customer service!

I absolutely love BLVD Dentistry on 5th! The staff is so kind and prompt. Dr. Cummings is very patient with me as I have severe dental anxiety. He and his staff consistently check to make sure that I am comfortable and offer breaks if I need them. I highly recommend this practice!

Everyone at this office is very nice and they're very fast.
My ONLY one negative is that I always have a different hygienist every time I go. It would be nice to feel like the hygienist knows me and I know them.

Best dentist office. Amazing staff - warm & friendly. Book an appointment today. I received an amazing cleaning, exam from Dr. Cummings, and tried the Boost whitening treatment. Amazing results - whiter teeth in a matter of an hour! Dr. Cummings is talented, caring, and the best dentist in town! Thank you, Team BLVD! I can't wait for my next appointment in 6 months.

My first time having a visit with BLVD was May 10, 2021. They all were so polite and friendly! When I asked what certain procedures were they showed a video and explained it so I had better understanding. Dr. Andrew Cummings was so friendly.

Dr. Cummings was awesome at answering my questions and referred me to a great orthodontic surgeon for my concerns that he could not address. Amanda (hygienist) did an amazing job and made sure I felt comfortable during my cleaning; easily the best I've ever visited. Highly recommend this office!

I got all 4 of my Wisom teeth extracted yesterday. Dr.Cummings and his DA Rachel did a wonderful job making it as painless and swift of a surgery as possible. Any point I needed a break or wanted to sit up they were patient with me during the entire operation. If I ever need any fillings or work in the future I'll definetly be coming here.
