Dr Nguyen is very kind, explains things thoroughly and is a great diagnostician . Overall she is an excellent primary care physician. The staff are very professional and friendly.

I have been going to this family owned dentistry practice for almost a decade. If you are looking for high quality work without the fear of being upsold work you do not need this is the place you want to visit. If I could give a higher rating I would. My son and I both enjoy great smiles because of their loving care.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome! Very skilled and he has pretty cool digital scanner so entire dental visit went very smoothly.

Dr Nguyen is the BEST dentist I’ve had. Had to find a new dentist due to new insurance. Always hesitant when I have to switch dentists, but couldn’t be more satisfied. He explains everything thoroughly and is super nice. Had to get two teeth extracted. They got me in last minute and I had some discomfort a few days after. Got me in immediately and took care of the issue. Patient for life!

My mom have denture here, Dr Toan and his staff so kind and compassion to help her, when they know our situation, they help us with payment plan and even offer free ride to send my mom home when I couldn't pick her up due to my work schedule. I, myself have dentophobia condition, I run away from 3 different offices before I’ve seen by Dr Toan, and the wisdom extraction was easy and painless, I was so happy when I left the office, never happen like that, never especially you deal with dentist! Again, I am thankful for taking care of both of us and want to recommend them to all!

I went here a total of three times (a teeth cleaning, a filling, and a root canal) before finding a much better dentist. My experience was disappointing each time. The root canal itself wasn't bad, but they made me come in multiple times for the cap because it "wasn't ready yet," and it still doesn't fit quite right. The dentist will advise you to fill every little microscopic thing - my new dentist told me not to worry about the two specks that Dessau wanted to fill. I feel like they do not care for their patients, just for their money. The worst thing was the hygienist broke my permanent retainer on one side of my bottom teeth during a routine cleaning and the dentist refused to either fix it or just take it out completely. I had had it for over 10 years and my orthodontist had said when it comes off, don't worry about it. Dr. Nguyen said he wanted to call his ortho guy to ask about it, but he never did. I was left with an exposed bracket on the inside of my bottom front tooth until I made an appointment with my new dentist who took it right off. I'm happy my husband and I made the switch to a dentist who deserves his excellent reviews.

I find myself happy and excited about going to the dentist. They answer questions thoroughly and are intent on doing a good job. When my husband had an old root canal that needed repair, they gave a great referral for an endodontist to be sure the job is done right because it was tricky. An honest, competent, friendly practice.

Dr Nguyen and his staff at Dessau Family Dentistry are outstanding. My husband has avoided dentists his whole life following too many bad experiences and much pain, especially in his younger years. However, now we both look forward to our visits to Dessau Family Dentistry. Dr Nguyen is very cordial and takes exceptional care to explain whatever procedure is required; the possible alternatives, and a clear explanation of the costs and how each circumstance fits into our long term dental care. Also, his working relationship with his staff is great. He always works patiently with them and reviews and makes sure their work is done properly; and that we are treated in a friendly, courteous and timely manner . In fact, one of the staff whom my husband calls his "favorite tooth fairy" has often assisted with terrific dental work and no resulting pain, complications or bite problems. Old filling broke exposing new decay. Needed a root canal. Dr. Nguyen was able to complete a partial root canal, packed new cavity with meds and pain relievers then set me up to finish in a week all in a short 1 hour visit. everyone was so nice and caring. found my new dentist!

Toan Nguyen is not a good dentist!
I have my tooth filled here like 4-5 years back, after about a year and half I went for an exam and cleaning at another dentist office and they told me I need a crown job done on the same tooth and i though they just wanted me to spend more money because I just had this tooth filled like a year and half ago so i passed on it. Recently, i've had bad toothache and just have it checked out this morning at my new dentist office. They found out that the filling job on the tooth wasn't done properly and left 2 cavities unnoticed which now cause infection and I have to have a root canal done on the tooth that i paid for to prevent all this bs. The worst part is when I called and told them about the situation, they totally denied their responsibility and asked me if I want to make an appointment to come in for a check up AND the check up will cost $100 or so. NO THANKS. Do me a favor people please DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Especially when you're paying out of pocket.
