Enamel Dentistry At The Grove

Dr Patel is very polite and knowledgeable dentist, had a smooth experience from overall checkup to cavity filling and also had my teeth extraction by Dr Brazil. They are responsive to all questions as well. Front desk also shows all paperwork and cost before the procedure and walks the patient through it. Dr Patel will take cases which she can do, and if needed she will refer you outside if cases need more expertise.

Great experience. Came here for a cleaning. Dr Patel was great, she was thorough and patient. Everyone was nice and professional. The office itself has nice vibes. Brought my kiddo for a check up as well and they were kind to him as well despite some protests and raised voices. They have TV's to the side and ceiling to keep you busy while they work on the teeth.

Paid out of pocket and did not use insurance.

Would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Patel and her team if you’re looking for a dentist, especially if you’re not the biggest fan of going to the dentist. They’re extremely sweet, engaging, and make your time there as relaxing as possible! When I went, it was easily the most seamless dental appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Patel and her team are extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had well and helped me understand what I need to do going forward. I’m really thankful I found them and I don’t feel I need to put off dental appointments with Enamel!! Thanks again :)

I had a great experience at Enamel Dentistry (Grove location) as a new first-time patient. Dr. Patel was very helpful at explaining everything. The entire staff was very accommodating. The hygienists were super attentive. The office is cool too.. super laid back and pretty comfortable. Nearly fell asleep twice! I will for sure be going back for regular checkups and a few cosmetic procedures down the road. 5/5 would recommend this location to friends and family. I can’t stop looking at my teeth after this first visit!

I have never felt more welcomed as a new patient at a doctors office than I did at Enamel Dentistry. The entire staff is so incredibly kind, helpful, and deeply knowledgeable in oral health. Jasmin was so friendly the moment I walked in when she greeted me at the front desk and does an amazing job at explaining Insurance inquires like you’re a 5 year old. Ha! Manny, my radiological technician and co- hygienist made me feel so comfortable that by the time he took my pulse, I was no longer nervous (doctors, especially dentist visits, always make me nervous). Ashley, my hygienist, was incredibly thorough and gentle, and has been the first and only hygienist since having my wisdom teeth removed over 10 years ago, to educate me on the importance of oral care in the regions of the mouth where the molars once were. I can’t say enough about how patient, thorough, professional, and just out right cool Dr. Patel is. She rocks!! She was a joy to talk to and really took the time to show and explain to me with their advanced technology (technology I have yet to experience anywhere else) how I’m a teeth grinder and the repercussions it has had and can continue to have on my teeth and may potentially be a factor to my frequent headaches. As I am grinding/clenching my teeth in my sleep, Dr.Patel has been the ONLY dentist to visible show me how she knows I grind my teeth versus asking me if I think I grind my teeth and leaving it at that via their top of the line technology. She also took the time to discuss a plan with me to correct my front chipped teeth and was extremely thoughtful in her approach for a long term solution. I look forward to her correcting my insecurity! I also did a teeth whitening treatment and it really does work!! If you are debating whitening your teeth, do it here!! To top it all off, Dr. Patel’s adorable goldendoodle, Rosie, is the best office mascot ever!! If you need a new dentist or want to change, don’t think twice about Enamel Dentistry!

Enamel Dentistry at the Grove has been a great experience. The office and staff is welcoming and Dr. Patel is fantastic.
As someone with spotty oral care and horrible past dental experiences, despite needing a lot of work done, I wasn't made to feel inferior. Everything was explained clearly along with options to further ease any anxieties.
The tech team and Dr. Patel's expertise and care has made everything go smoothly and I'm glad to have found a great dentist.

The team was super communicative before the appointment in forms and whatnot. During the appointment the team was great! Very welcoming, told and showed me what was going on.

They have really awesome technology they use! Blew my mind away won’t lie. Check-in and out process was a breeze, as was scheduling my next appt.

Honestly had a really lovely first appointment at Enamel this morning. This office is state of the art and makes going to the dentist fun and a learning experience. Dr. Patel is so kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and you can tell she loves what she does. My insurance covered most of my services so it was all in all a really great experience and I feel like I’ve found a great dentist here in Austin.

First off, THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Right from the start, the reception staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I had Liz perform my X-rays and she is so sweet. We also did a 3D X-ray and that was dope, I got to play around with it on the screen too, which was fun . Ashleigh did my cleaning and teeth whitening treatment, very knowledgeable, lovely gal, and also gave me some great tips to use at home! The doctor was wonderful! She was able to address/answer my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. At other Dentists, I have been to - I feel like I am being rushed out. I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I know this is a place I will be going back to and definitely going to refer all of my friends and family! OH!! They also have TVs on the ceiling, so you can watch Netflix while they are working on your chompers! Highly recommend this Dentist office! I'd give it more stars if I could!

Amazing experience! I had put this off for years and they made me feel so safe and encouraging. Dr. Patel and her staff are really fantastic. The treatment plan was very well laid out and they are now my goto dentist in Austin. Thank you so much and see you Thursday :). Updated (a month later) - Dr.Patel, Jen, Manny and Jasmin are the best. The short story is that they saved a cracked tooth, found me a same day appointment and made me feel very comfortable during the entire process. Customer For Life! Update...I've seen them for cleaning and significant dental repairs and every visit gets better and better. They are simply awesome
