Enamel Dentistry South Lamar

Highly recommend Enamel Dentistry on S Lamar! My visits there are always in and out with no long waiting which is nice. The facility is very cozy and cute! Dillon Patel, my dentist, is funny, approachable, and trustworthy! I always feel taken care of here which is important to me because dentist’s visits can be quite scary! Just call and book! You won’t regret it.

Everyone was fantastic. Very informative and modest and open line of communication. You can tell that they genuinely care.

However, a few discrepancies I experienced during my visit did occur. I opted in for fluoride treatment and told the receptionist I didn’t get it done however I did opt for it. I also didn’t get my teeth polished at the end of my cleaning even though I was told that was going to be done.

Other than that I had a fantastic experience.

This dental office destroyed my mouth. I had 8 areas that they told me needed to be filled due to the fact that I grind my teeth. I had some sensitivity on the lower side but not bad. They said this would fix any sensitivity I had so I said yes. Fast forward to the procedure, the dentist had no idea how to numb me so I felt most of the work that was being done. It was the most horrifying experience of my life and that isn’t even the worst part. I now am in pain 24 hours a day. If the wind blows wrong my teeth ache. I can barely eat anything hard any more. I can’t brush my teeth with anything but a child’s tooth brush because of the pain it causes.
After this I complained and they sent in another dentist that must have just graduated because all she could say was let me get back in there and grind the work done down. At this point I was like no one here is ever touching me again. I went to the front and filed a complaint. Not one phone call, care or concern was given. They could care less that they have destroyed my day to day life!!

Absolute worst dental office ever! They do a good teeth cleaning but that is it. They make you do more work than is needed and if they do anything wrong they do not correct or even care! If I could give negative stars I would, no one deserves to ever go through what I went through.

The best dentist my husband, teenage son and I have had. Best in Austin I believe. Dr Dillon Patel and Dr Ravin are both rock star dentists and so patient and wonderful to work with. They also do a thorough job of cleaning etc. We did not feel rushed. Glad we found the perfect dentistry for our family.

This place was so cool! Very fast and efficient. The staff were really nice especially Sarah and Dani. They had some the coolest high tech equipment I’ve ever seen. Dr. Farriente is very professional and kind. Even after finding out that I haven’t seen a dentist over 20 years! She assured me that everything will be fine and dandy after some deep cleaning. Great clinic and definitely keeping them forever!

Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had - both the hygienist and the dentist are such lovely people who made the entire experience comfy and smooth. The whole thing took no time due to their expertise. Sad to be moving out of state and losing such a lovely dental office!

As a new patient I had the most traumatic experience with Dr. Kristin. Ive always kept up with my dental care but since the pandemic haven’t been to the dentist. Since I’m new to Austin and saw that Enamel had such great reviews I thought it was time to get a cleaning. I do not have dental insurance and when making the appointment myself and the staff agreed upon a certain price. They tried to charge me WAY above the discussed price. Dr. Kristin was extremely rude and judgmental towards my situation. The staff/establishment very much tries to push unnecessary treatments on their new patients. As a healthcare provider myself, I would not recommend going here. Never have I ever had such a terrible healthcare experience - so terrible that I felt compelled to write this review

Dr. Patel is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Every time I come in to the office I’m greeted with a warm smile, and positive attitude. He makes great conversation while providing the highest quality care. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional service. Thank you Dr. Patel & team!

Looking for a new dentist in the area, I thought Enamel Dentistry would be a great spot! Turns out they are extremely unresponsive, unorganized, and flat out dismissive. I tried to make a first time appointment on several occasions only to be ignored or ghosted. It might be great once you're there but I wouldn't know since I never got a call, email or text back. Don't recommend for new patients!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and every visit has been pleasant to say the least. The staff are all so kind and make my visits go so smooth. Dentist visits can be nerve wrecking for most but here I’m always comfortable and relaxed every time. Definitely recommend this location!
