I HATE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEW BUT...
Well, honestly this is not my real name, I would like to remain unknown.
I am a current patient of Brigthside Dental, I do not have anything against the staff. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
My only concern is that this dental practice is like all the others around the country. They keep charging money for dental cleanings and consultation and this makes no sense because everytime I come here, I tell them to ask insurance if its covered and if is not I always tell them I want to make sure I do not owe them anything, all of the sudden they seem to agree at the time of my visit.
Well, the truth is that weeks pass after the visit and they keep sending me charges through mail for money I dont owe them. Thats just makes me extremely mad.
Sorry bright side dental I had to leave a bad review , you guys are great, that is just my personal experience :(

My husband came here several times to get ONE filling fixed which is a shame in and of itself. Two of the dentists that worked on his fillings are no longer there which says a lot. Long story short (because I literally could go on and on about the incompetence that we BOTH experienced at this office) when they redid THE SAME filling for the 3rd time, they left his nerve exposed which is now infected and he may possibly need a root canal. He has been in pain for the last 2 months. I don’t know where they get such incompetent, unprofessional dentists from, but they need to understand that people are not lab rats, and our mouths are not toys. Find something else to play with. I wish I could leave less than one star. That is how frustrated I am with this place. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Do Not. I repeat do not go here for an extraction.(Especially if the tooth is infected or absessed.) I tried to get an extraction under these circumstances and they could not get the problem area numb at all and gave excuses as to why they couldnt. Then proceeded to try anyway why I felt everything. I walked immediately in more pain than I walked in with.
Fast Forward two months to today where I went to another dentist because the same teeth have started hurting again. (More infected and absessed than before.) The new Dr. had my mouth completely numb felt nothing and got the problem teeth out. Be very cautious going to this location.
