After a thorough check of my teeth, she came up with a transparent and organized treatment plan where the detailed service information, total cost, how much my insurance can cover and how much I need to pay out of pocket for each proposed treatment step, are all listed clearly. I feel so comfortable with every visit knowing exactly what would be done during the visit. The staff in the office are also very helpful, friendly and they truly care about their patients. I have worked in the dental field before, so finding a dentist that I trust and am comfortable with is very difficult. This experience EXCEEDED my expectations. From the second that I walked in the door until the second that I left it was like I was right at home. It is a smaller office than what I am used to, but everyone that I came in contact with was amazing.
I needed an emergency crown and they fit me in that day. The doctor explained everything very in detail and the assistant Jackie was just as amazing.
