I had a great experience. This was my first root canal and I have not heard good stories from people who had root canal treatment from other dental facilities, so I was a bit nervous going in. I did not have any issues in my root canal extraction and my visit was pain free. I did not even feel the shots I was given to numb my mouth. I could not have asked for more competent, professional care. It was really the best dental experience I have ever had. I would totally recommend Northwest Austin Family Dentistry to friends and others as well.
Dr. Rajashree Prasad was very good, knowledgeable and caring. She was always concerned about any pain I might be experiencing and always let me know what she was doing throughout the root canal procedure. This helped me alleviate my anxiety both going into the treatment and during the root canal extraction. Overall it was a good experience for me having Dr Rajashree Prasad as my dentist.

I had an upper and lower denture made by Dr Prasad and her staff. They did a great job and they are fun to work with. I would highly recommend them for any kind of dental work. I have had a lot of dental work done on my mouth and they are the best.

Since I go to school out of state (and out of network) it has been a bit of time since I have had any dental stuff done. But I felt at home and like I had been coming here for years when I finally got a check up done. Very homely and the staff are so friendly!

The staff here was super friendly during my visit! I don’t like being at the doctors office for forever, they had me in and out in a timely manner. America the hygienist made me feel super comfortable and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend this dental office.
