Ueckert Dentistry

I've been going to Dr. Ueckert's office since I moved down to Austin 5 years ago, and I don't think I've ever come across friendlier or more understanding people when I've had any medical issues. I've been in the office for everything from cleanings to root canals (yes, plural) and I've been surprised at how relatively painless they make the whole procedure. They even work with you on payment.

Overall, great office with great people.

FIVE STARS.....is not enough to express how I feel about the services received by Dr. Ueckert and staff. I have been a patient of Dr. Ueckert since 2003. His professional and personalized bedside manner, his expertise in his craft, and the overall experience from every member of his team make this the ONLY dental office I will visit.

I have sensitive teeth and a general fear of the dentist as a result of some horrible experiences from other practices before coming here. ALL of those fears are gone as a result of the superior treatment received over the several years of being a patient at this clinic.

I travel extensively for work and have lived as far away as Los Angeles, CA. This is the ONLY dentist for me in the USA and I recommend Dr. Ueckert and staff to anyone in the Austin, TX area. !!

What makes a great Dentist? Often times it is hard to put your finger on, and more often than not, you can only tell a Great Dentist, after you have experience with a Not so Great Dentist. This is certainly the case for me.

A few years back I decided to have the metal fillings in my teeth since childhood, replaced with modern fillings. I was not having any problems with them, but was advised by my Dentist at the time (who will remain nameless) to change them out. Taking his advise, and spending $8000.00, I felt that I had done the right thing. Until that is, all of his work started failing. After countless hours in the chair, it became clear to me that I needed to find another Dentist.

I was very fortunate to be referred by a friend to Dr. Gregg Ueckert. After a few visits with Gregg it became clear to me the difference between someone who has their DDS, and a true Professional, Talented, and Compassionate Dentist. The experience I had at the two offices could not be more different.

I am happy to say, that years after Dr. Gregg Ueckert came to my rescue, my teeth have never felt, or looked better.

My advise to anyone needing Dental Services is this: You only have one set of teeth, and the Doctor you choose makes all the difference in the world. Choose wisely when selecting your Doctor, and the wise choice is Dr. Gregg Ueckert.

Amazing group of people here! I originally called just to see if they did wisdom tooth extractions, how much, and if they offered payment plans. They do!! Ana was the first person I spoke with, and she has been nothing short of incredible! She had me email my x-rays so she could see if they would be able to help. Dr. Brazil was able to meet with me to discuss the x-rays and go over the whole process in general. The hygienist, Sandra (i think that was her name), was so sweet and so thorough. She could tell when it was starting to bother me, stop and ask if I was okay, which was comforting to know she was paying attention. Once everything was done, Dr. Ueckert came in, did a short and sweet review of everything, and I was good to go.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I've never liked going to the dentist, but they all made this one of the best experiences I've had. Highly recommend this place!!!

I have been at patient at this clinic for over 17 years. I have always been impressed with all of the staff - friendly, courteous and professional. Whether it be the receptionist, the insurance specialist, the dental hygienist or the dentist I have always enjoyed my experience with them. As pastor for 10 years of the church next door I have also enjoyed a partnership with them with our parking lot. I referred many members to these great folks.

Best dentist in Austin!!! Dr. Ueckert gave me one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dentist office. Dr. Ueckert's staff made me feel very comfortable and I was well informed about every procedure that was recommended to me. The dental hygenist, Julie, made sure to go over every one of my teeth that either needed to be worked on or may need to be worked on in the future. Thats what i loved most, they weren't trying to upsell me like my previous dentists. Julie really gave me options and possible scenarios which helped me understand what my current issues were and what i should look out for.

I really appreciated how friendly everyone was and that I was treated as a person and not a dollar sign. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Ueckert, he really changes the way you think about dentists in general. Thanks again for all the help with my crowns and fillings Dr. Ueckert!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ueckert and his team! My case was extremely challenging with a long prior history of surgeries, orthodontics, and implants/crowns. Every other dentist and orthodontist I visited said they couldn't do anything more for me. Dr. Ueckert took on the challenge and the end result is astonishing!

Dr. Ueckert is my Austin dentist. I began seeing him and his team several years ago after not being to the dentist in over 10 year. Everyone in the office made me feel very calm and comfortable. Dr. Ueckert's dentistry team are top notch and really care about what they do.

All the staff here are extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The office is bright and comfortable and equipped with state of the art technology. I actually look forward to coming to the dentist!! I highly recommend Dr. Ueckert & co.

My best friend was a dental hygenist, so I know Dentists pretty well. One thing I can say is Dr. Ueckert is very professional. He always makes sure that I know all the details about my dental appointment and is always open to my questions. He has a gentle touch and lets you know how to care for your teeth so you don't run into any future problems.

I love how responsive his dental office is. Unlike mosts dentists I have seen in the past, I can email him, and he, or someone in his office responds quickly. He is by far the most knowledgeable in Austin for TMJ, I had a very bad case of TMJ that no other dentist could fix. Dr Ueckert fixed my TMJ by taking a bite and making me a custom mouthguard. I no longer have any problems with my jaw and NO MORE headaches! He really is a great dentist, just a great guy! I am very happy with him. One of the best dentists I have been to in my life.
