Cristabell was my hygienist and Jacky was my husband's they were both wonderful. They was very polite and showed that they care how we were doing with everything involved. Very thorough, not painful in any way. We agreed that this was the best dental experience we've ever had.

I had a dental emergency on a Wednesday and they were able to not only get me in the same day, but within 20 minutes of me calling. I ended up needing a root canal, which was done the following Saturday. The woman that handles billing was so sweet and went above and beyond to work with both of my dental insurances. When I came in for the appointment, I only waited only a few minutes before being seen. This was my first root canal, so I was nervous. The staff was very professional, patient, friendly, and informative. The dentist was friendly, professional, quick, gental, and thorough. My permanent crown came within a few weeks. I love that they are open on Saturdays. I highly recommend scheduling early in the day as they can get busy. There is only one dentist at this location, so be prepared to wait if you schedule in the late morning/afternoon. After all, I wouldn’t want someone rushing my dental appointment.

The office is sleek and I never have to wait when I’m there for appointments. Currently doing treatment with them and it has been a positive experience! Highly recommend!

Being without dental care for years, these people are wonderful!!! They were caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. When I left my first appointment, I felt like I finally had hope for my dental issues ! I recommend these folks 100%!!!

Friendly and caring staff. Have not been to the dentist in a while and they made the process run smooth for me. Everything was explained to me and they made sure I understood well by explaining it thoroughly. I definitely recommend this Dental office not just for their great service but because they care.

Had an appointment for 3:15pm, did not leave until 6:30pm and that's because I made the decision to leave. I asked 2 employees about how long it would take and never got a straight answer. There is no reason that for 3 hours all you did was xray my teeth. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I went to Mint Dentistry a month ago and they did everything Jefferson did today but in 35 minutes.

The best part of this office is the attention and care that gets put into every visit! I used to hate going to the dentist until I found the Baytown office!

I had a horrible experience here. I went in for wisdom teeth extractions and fillings. They were understaffed which meant I was numb for 1 hour before the dentist came. When I went to a different location for pain they told me the dentist left a piece of my molar there and had to extract it again. When I went to the other place again they told me one of the fillings wasn’t done properly, they didn’t clean the cavity all the way, so they had to do it again. Now I have to fight with my insurance to cover everything all over again. I do not recommend this place.

My hygienist Jackeline Barajas was very patient & informative. Dental visits usually make me nervous, but she made me feel comfortable.
