The staff , very helpful, Dr. Poreddy, good “bedside manner “ for all you old timers like me . Initially had a 4 star review and now it’s a high 5 !! Don’t like to have my teeth worked on , but if need help , I would highly suggest this location and these folks ! Take care .

Jefferson Dental did a botched root canal on 2 of my back teeth. I’ve been in constant discomfort and have now had to see an endondontist after two massive abscesses have repeatedly surfaced since my root canals done. Now I am out TONS of money Jefferson charged me and thousands more to fix the massive screw up they’ve done. After CT scams and x rays two different specialist have said the same thing. The root canals were performed incorrectly. Do not get your root canal done here.

The absolute worst! Went in for an appointment at 11 got into the chair at 12:15 Waited some time to get seen and left voluntarily at 1:05. NEVER SEEN Like I didn't have anything else to do but waste two hours of my off day in a freezing cold room by myself. And if they bill my insurance I SWEAR 😤

Excellent service the staff from the front desk was so helpful. The dentist assistant and Dentist was helpful in explaining to me about my wisdom tooth extraction and root canal.

Terrible front desk service they had me wait a month to come in only to tell me they only take Medicaid for 20 years and under. I called a month ahead of time and told them I had pregnancy Medicaid only for the front desk to rudely tell me I could not be seen.

Had an appointment for a filling that had come loose and fallen. It was a late appointment but the Dentist did an evaluation and suggested a general cleaning and new filler. Asked them to complete it that day. They were about to close but the Dentist and assistant stayed over and took care of all.
