Very unprofessional, they book appointments and the dentist isn’t even there. Leave you waiting for hours. Office is dirty & everything is falling apart. Neither the doctor or staff have any bedside manor especially not for children. Would not recommend to anyone

They held my 3 yesterday Olds face and made her scared of going to the dentist....it was her 1st time ever going and she normally loves brushing her teeth and smiling and all that but they made her not want to ever have anyone near her mouth again. They are not kid friendly. Will not be going back. They could of made the experience so much more fun and compassionate. Told me it was frustrating that she wouldn't cooperate, they caused her to not wanna sit in the chair.... who does that to a little kid?!? I do not recommend them for small children.

Dr. Bathina and her staff are always respectful towards the adults as well as the children and also try to accommodate last minute schedule changes. The staff remembers names whether or not we all go and Dr. Bathina even remembers how many children we have. In addition to all of our children, both my husband and I are also patients. At Rainbow Dental we don't feel like we are just another number on a spreadsheet. We have been coming here since the beginning and we continue to come back because of the personalized care and attention that we receive each time we go.

I recently brought my children to Rainbow Dental Care. We have been in the Beaumont area for several years now and this is the first time that I have felt comfortable in a dental office. The staff were friendly and explained all the treatment to me in a way that I could understand. Anyone looking for a good office this is the place to go.

After multiple failed attempts to have my toddler get dental cleaning, this office took the time and incredible effort/time to make it happen. My son is no doubt is strong willed and I am so grateful for their respectful persistence towards him (and me, the reluctant to hold my kid down mom).

I was at my kids doctor to get shots for my baby when I noticed there was a new dental office in the same building. i made an appt with them and brought all 3 of my kids. The office was real nice and in the same building as my kids reg doctor.The staff was really friendly. they have a lot of new patient papers which was my only complaint but the dry erase stuff they have made it real easy for me to just erase one of my babys names and info and put in my other kids info and i didnt have to fill out everything 3 times. We got to the back as soon as the girl up front helped with changing of my insurance for my babys. the ladys in the back were real good with my kids and for the first time they didnt cry at the dentist. The doctor is really friendly to. she played around with my kids and made them feel relaxed. The doctor answered all my questions and explaned things. i was suprised that she spent as much time with me and my kids. Im so glad i found this place ima be back with my babys and me to. they dont do just kids its grown folks to. So we can all go to the same dentist.

I was passing through and noticed that this office took walk-ins. The first thing that surprised me was the short wait time. I was seen very quick after signing in. I will be the first one to admit, I am scared of dentist offices. The staff and doctor explained everything to me as we went and answered all of my questions. I needed an extraction. I was given laughing gas, and before I knew it, my tooth was out. Due to the staff and doctor's professionalism and expertise, I am no longer scared of the dentist. I would recommend this office to anyone that is in need of a dentist that is very informing and gentle. I will be back with the rest of my family!
