Dr Patel is very professional. She’s gentle and skilled. I finally feel comfortable going to the dentist. Southern Oaks has been clean and consistent each trip. They always run on schedule and treat you well.

This was my first visit to Southern Oaks Dental Care. I must say that this is a very welcoming office. Every one was nice and knowledgeable. My 9 year old granddaughter felt comfortable and the visit went very well. I will start taking my other grandchildren there from now on. I highly recommend this place.

Multiple office visits I was required to wait up to 45 minutes past my appointment time with no communication from the office staff. This last visit was it. After I cancelled my appointment, then suddenly my room was ready and I could come back. They did promptly refund the money I had paid and the dentist telephoned me not long after I left. I explained to him that the front staff was neglectful in their duties. And it is completely unprofessional to leave a client/customer waiting for 45 minutes with no explanation. Let me add, I had a 9am appointment and was 5 minutes early. I will not return.

My children have been going to Southern Oaks for a few years and they never cease to amaze me, Customer service is always great and there is literally no waiting. If your appointment is at 8am you’re in the chair by that time! Recent visit my kiddos had Gabrielle & Makenzie they laughed and enjoyed their visit, so rare for a 3yo to be excited about a dentist visit, so that alone speaks volumes!

I'm not a fan of the dentist is a understatement! But today was as pleasant of experience as you could hope far having teeth removed and it was all because of the chair side manner of the doctor and the nurses. Thank you Dr. Akber and your wonderful assistant for explaining and being patient. 👍
