I brought my 6 year old in for a filling. Doctor Singh, Serenity and Michael worked very quickly and efficiently to get my son's filling done within 20 minutes. They talked with him the entire time so he understood the process and was not scared about what was happening. I recommend this place for kids, and you cannot beat the price! They are transparent about their pricing and there are no hidden fees or surprises.

I had a great experience! It was so easy and quick to make a same day appointment over the phone. When I showed up, there was virtually no wait and no paperwork because it was all done over the phone! They got me in so fast and in about 15 minutes I had my x-ray done and was already receiving my consultation. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice and Kristan provided excellent customer service 😊👍 5 out of 5!

Truly the place to go when your in pain. The Dr. and staff was super nice and friendly. Even went out of their way to help me during the holiday time. I'm so grateful and look forward to having the rest of my dental work done with them. Thank you so much.

Lisa at front desk welcomed us with a radiating smile and answered our questions.The office was very neat. Dr Singh, the dentist was very professional and extensively explained the treatment plans and options available to my child. The Dental Assistants Krista, Serenity and Michael were awesome. Couldn’t be happier with my service today. I called first thing this morning due to a massive toothache and spoke with Krista R. at the front desk. She informed me because I have a new insurance, she wasn’t certain she could get me in today, but for sure tomorrow. She was so patient and and honest with me. She called me about 11:40 and told me they were able to get me in today at NOON with Dr. Singh.
They worked quickly to observe the issue. Fantastic job.

Today was such a good day. I went to the Dentist today for an exam and a cleaning. Fully expecting to have to be numbed, because that is what I had been told would need to happen, due to my lack of attention to my teeth. I did not have to be numbed nor was I sore when I left. The Dr and Staff are absolutely precious. Thank you so much for am amazing experience.

I have visited the Big Spring office on several occasions and I have never had a negative experience here. Recently, I made an appointment to be seen due to pain and they fit me in right away on a Saturday! They made me another appointment two weeks later to finish the procedure and gave me a prescription for pain pills and antibiotics. The pain was excruciating so we called back the following Monday and they got me in on a cancellation for Tuesday morning. The staff here are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and courteous. As far as I am concerned I am happy to say I have found my place of dentistry here in Big Spring and will not go anywhere else. Thank you Familia Dental of Big Spring for all you do! Keep up the great work you do for our community!

I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. For the first time ever, I felt at ease. Taking xrays also made me fearful. Krista helped me relax and I actually enjoyed the experience. There was no shaming which I really appreciated since my teeth and gums were in such bad shape.
I'm eager to go back and continue my oral care.

I can't say enough good about this team. From Dr. Singh to her assistant Michael to Krista and Serenity up front, they all treated us wonderful. I went in with an emergency at almost closing time and they got me in so quick and were so polite!

Familia Dental consistently disappoints. I avoided them last year, but gave them another opportunity today and they failed miserably. In December of 2021I waited 3 hours in their office for a retainer for my upper teeth. After having to wait all that time off from work and such, I decided to not return. I made an appointment before the new year (2023). I planned my week around this appointment. I took off from work for this appointment. I arrived to my appointment. I paid for my retainer prior to being seated in the back. All for what? After waiting in the lobby and being seated in the back to be seen. They all of a sudden refused to help me because I didn’t have my braces done with them. I was never told this before, not even when I called to set this appointment last month. Today I was told I needed to be officially transferred to their office by my former orthodontist. Utterly ridiculous because my former orthodontist is deceased. I went to him 17 years ago, but I must be transferred by him some how. I explained this to them and they still refused to help me. I will never again return to this poor excuse of a business. Never again. They waist your time, are sloppy, and could care less. The staff turnover their is rampant and for obvious reasons. Save your time and money and find a more professional dental office.
