Had a great experience, from the receptionist being extremely polite,and friendly,and helpful, to the entire staff in the back. The Dr was nice and friendly as well and her helper did well. Overall I had a great experience! Thank you all at Familia Dental in big spring tx.

I did not appreciate you holding my antibiotics hostage, its not my fault the receptionist told me my insurance had paid for it and I owed nothing. It didn't bother you the last time I was there and you charged me 280.00 dollars and my insurance said it was only 90.00 dollars. So if anything I had a 200.00 credit. So very disappointed with this place. And I will find my receipts for you bill and what the insurance said I owed.

Today was my first visit with Familia Dental. Dr. Singh was my dentist and Cylie was her assistant. I have nerve damage in my face and TMJ and have avoided dental care because I was afraid of pain, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Discomfort was minimal.i got a same day appointment which was fantastic because I started having excruciating pain on the weekend. They even were able to extract an abcessed tooth, and really relieved the pain. They are highly skilled, and very great personalities..everyone from the appointment being made to the front desk personnel,assistants and Dr. were so caring.

Me and 3 other family members had bad experiences especially when it comes to sealance and fillings I don’t know if she has too much on her hands or simple does not know what she is doing but it’s very frustrating will be going somewhere else
Also please remember ASD people exist it’s hard to explain things especially locating pain and knowing the difference between pain and pressure etc

I was in town visiting family when my wisdom teeth started to bother me so much that I couldn’t sleep. Familia Dental was so friendly and accommodating even as a walk in. Serenity was so sweet, funny and beyond attentive in keeping me informed and relaxed in such a uncomfortable time. 100% recommended! I’d still be going in regularly if I didn’t live out of town!
