When I called to make an appointment to have my teeth cleaned I was not told that because I was a first time patient that my first appointment would be basically a check up...and then they would schedule me at a later date for a cleaning. Not sure if this is how all dentists offices do it or not, but I am not happy that my teeth are not clean after my 2 hour visit today. The office staff was very friendly.

People are friendly and nice. Got work done and was in pain for about 4 days due to bite registration was not right and was in pain till they opened up and doctor came back to office. All the fillings they put in fell off about a 4 to 5 weeks later. Had to come to another office in houston to get my work all redone double the expensive. Price was cheap thought you used my insurance but comes out they didnt. Cheap is expensive at the end of the day I paid for double the work.

The care isn't horrible, BUT the wait has never been less than 30 minutes past our appointment time. Ive even had to wait an hour before, so I try hard not to have to go to this location. When I was insured, I had billing issues, but now that I am a cash patient there arent any problems.

I am a military kid and have gone to plenty of different dentists in my life. But Borger Smiles by far is the best dental practice I have ever gone to. They treat you like family as soon as you walkin the practice. They accepted CHIP which really helped me out because I cant afford paying for cosmetic dentist work. Thank you, you guys rock!

update 5 years later: my teeth are still messed up from how this dentist cracked them in half instead of doing proper fillings and the dentist here recently broke my parent's tooth all the way to the root, killing the tooth

Very friendly staff with great service in the past but poor service today. I observed the male dentist,did not catch his name, come from the room next to ours were he was working on anouther patient go into the restroom with the door open and proceed to rinse his hands dry them and come into our room. When I asked if he would wash his hands he laghed and said I did, so I asked if he would wash them with soap and water while I observed and all of the sudden he could not wash anywhere like that and refused. I only asked because I saw how he washed them when no one was watching so I find it hard to trust that. Great staff but very very poor dentist this day.

My daughter had an appointment in the morning as did my husband nearly 30 minutes apart and we showed up and they didnt even call to let me know that my daughter can’t be seen due to this specific dentist that was in today, not taking medicaid.

They are good with my son , he has autism spectrum disorder, they talk to him, they make sure he is ok through any procedures. He is comfortable with the staff there at Borger Smiles.

Don't even wanna give it one star.they said my 5 yr old daughter needed work done.they couldn't do what they needed to last time and so they referred me to a pediatric in amarillo and they said nothing was wronge with my daughters teeth.i do not recommend them!
