When you first enter this Dr.'s office, you get the same vibe you get when visiting every doctor or dentist's office, but as soon as I was seen by the techs, the hygienist and finally the doctor, I couldn't help but feel welcomed and glad I had picked Los Ebanos Family Dentistry as my choice.
Dr. Nelson is a really nice and friendly person and you feel at ease around her presence. Her staff is fantastic and they all work wonderfully well with what they do. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson and her staff to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist. She and her staff answer any questions you might have. Dr. Nelson explained step by step what was being seen on the scans and gave her professional recommendations. The entire time I felt at ease and relaxed, as compared to all the other times I've visited dentist offices.

The Doctor herself is amazing, she had very gentle touch throughout the whole procedure. i had fractured my front 3 teeth, and i honestly didn't know what to expect going into today but overall im so impressed at how she fixed my teeth. As parent, we always look for the best care for our children and Dr. Nelson is a great dentist so it is a great option if you are looking for quality and caring assistance. The staff in the front is friendly and is was not packed. The dental assistants were clean, enthusiastic and very respectful; they had patience with my children (ages 2,6 and 12). Dr. Nelson was incredible, she cared for the kids teeth, not exaggerated not less caring; just right and just. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson in Brownsville!
