Our experience at this facility has been nothing but great!! My family and I decided to go elsewhere a few years ago and that was a big mistake on my part. The team here at Los Ebanos Dentistry is awesome, and it’s starts at the top with a great leader in Dr. Nelson. My family and I are very happy to be back!!

I only have good things to say and whole-heartedly recommend Los Ebanos Family Dentistry. For starters, the office is well-managed where appointment times run like clockwork and billing is never an issue. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Last but not least, Dr. Adame-Nelson’s genuine concern for her patients is evident by the way she puts you at ease with her pleasant demeanor as she performs her procedures with much attention to detail and gentle care. Overall, they have a great team of people working there. They always know how to make my dental experiences positive ones.

First most, I only write reviews when it’s worth it. Hands down the best dentistry I have gone too! I did my hours of research prior to making an appointment with them. From reviews, to background of the personnel, I made sure I was going to a place that acted ethically and that had integrity. Unfortunately in today’s world there is a lot of places that are only looking ways to take advantage and make profit by doing unnecessary procedures. I noticed that some other dentistry's had “hundreds” of “good” reviews, but were mostly “Corporations” or “big name” dentistry’s that invest heavily in marketing. I think most of you know the flyers we see in our mailbox and so forth. People, I was not given anything in exchange for this review. The staff there was amazing. From the receptionist up to Dr. Nelson, they talked to me like family. Melissa I won’t forget neither. I went to a dentist in Matamoros a long time ago and I was suggested to have a crown done on a molar. I refused and waited until I got dental insurance in the U.S. Dr. Nelson found a small cavity that she fixed right there and then. She also put sealer on my molars to prevent cavities in the future. Who does that these days? People, if you all are looking for a place that acts ethically and has integrity, this is the place to go. Forget about hundreds of reviews of “Big name” dentistry’s and so forth, and go here. Let her save your one and only set of teeth that God gave us. This place might only have 32 reviews now, but I can guarantee they’re honest reviews. You’ll be saving your teeth by coming here!

I have been going to Los Ebanos Dentistry for several years now. As soon as you walk in, the front desk staff always greets you with a smile on their face. The quality and service they offer are outstanding. The waiting time is almost to none. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Even though you are at the dentist, she makes you feel like you are having a cup of coffee with a friend!

Been to other dentists and the women that work there are rude and they handle your teeth very roughly, but switching to los Ebanos dental has completely changed the game they reception and staff and so sweet and gentle and explain everything to you and really make you feel comfortable and make it pain free. Definitely recommend dr. Lilliana is amazing!!

I highly recommend this family dentistry. They have up to date equipment. In addition they are conscious about you and your comfort level as well. Very thorough with each step of a procedure. I had the best crown procedure ever done here at Los Ebanos Family Dentistry. There is no second guessing of where you should go for high quality dental care. This is the place!

Dr. Nelson has to be the sweetest dentist there is she really takes her time to explain everything. The whole office was so friendly and helpful from start to end. Strongly recommended !!!!

We visited Los Ebanos Dentistry for a cleaning. This is the best dentist we've ever been to. Their office was clean & it had all of the high-tech most advanced gadgets and the dental hygienist was professional and nice.(Melissa) The dentist (Dr Lilian) was personable knowledgeable and professional as well. Our current dentist retired & we are glad to find a new dentist. We will be back!
