For being a medical facility that claims they require masks, they sure do let a lot of people not wear them. You can't just pick and choose who wears a mask. Either enforce it or take your sign down.

If you have high anxiety of dentist, plus bad previous experiences-- this is the place you want to go! They treated me well and knew exactly what they were doing. They even thought I needed a root canal but when I didn't they admitted it. It saved me money with their honesty. They are professional yet kind. You'll never go anywhere else.

When entering the building you expect customer service and maybe a hello how can we help you.. When you enter Monarch Dental they could care less about you and only ask you wear is your mask ( don't wear those sorry ) then they say we cant help you then .... This place is a joke my 9 year old does not even wear them to school... Not putting a mask on to walk 20 feet to take it off to clean my teeth ...

The staff is great I went in for braces ended up having to get a lot of work done I was there all day the staff was so sweet made sure I was comfortable and calm all day long joked around we literally all hung out all day like good friends danced laughed had a great time ! My children and I are patients at this office. My boys love Dr. Murray and have never been scared at the dentist because he makes them so comfortable. He's fun, full of energy and passionate about his role in the office. The orthodontist Dr. Goates also treats my kids and we love that team!! This is a great place with great staff and definitely my dental home.

For a person who doesn't like going to the dentist. These wonderful people make it a breeze. Appreciate that they made an effort to get to know me and talk to me through my visit. Recently got a filling, and the doctor and assistant were very helpful. They made sure the procedure was painless and easy.

I had my root canals done here about 5 years ago and when I got a checkup during 2014, I noticed darker spots where I had my canals done. I asked the my dentist at the time what that was but he told me to not worry about it. Now I came back and my new dentist told me it was a cyst that has been growing. Now I have to get an implant done on one of my teeth which could of been prevented. Great environment but due to one dentist's mistake, i now have to go through many procedures to get my teeth healthy again.

Everyone was very helpful, explained everything to me before they did anything, the dentist was great (sorry can't remember his name) he explained everything that was wrong with my teeth and explained all of my options. He answered all of my questions. I have always had a great experience at this facility since 2016. Everything went smoothly. They will work with you if you need help.
