I give Monarch Dental in Burleson, Texas 10 stars. The staff was so professional and amazing!!! I traveled from Dallas to Burleson just to let Dr. Murray do my procedure. He has done work for me before and I knew that no one else in the state of Texas would take care of me like Dr. Murray. I would recommend this dental office to family, friends, and even strangers.

The wait time on my visits , the first two hours, today over an hour and 30 minutes and counting. Monarch Dental does not realize how to space their appts, extremely dissatisfied. This is not the level of service I received in the past. I was just now asked by a member of staff is there something 8 cam help with. Turns out I was forgotten about, will not be back

Only giving a star because the staff were friendly, but my husband went to get his wisdom tooth pulled and they said the person who could do wasn't there and they came once a month. He asked them to do things that his insurance could cover and he gets a bill from his insured for x-rays that "wasn't covered" and then basically talked to me about finances and what they would do...they should have talked to him about this: he just wanted his tooth pulled. Left without anything done. Went to Marvel dentistry, another dentist a few days and they took care of that wisdom tooth the SAME DAY! Never recommending them in terms of them trying to sell more services when he just needed his tooth pulled at that time. Don't quote us $11,000 for teeth reworkings when he just needed a tooth pulled.

Terrible place, terrible service, terrible staff and worse off terrible dentist. Firstly, you will wait way over an hour just to get seen. They only have one dentist and book to fill every seat. You get little attention once you go back. They fitted me for a crown and messed it up 4 times. The temporary crowns broke after a few days. They rush you through and leave you in terrible pain and lots of money lost. I'm having to see a new dentist to correct their work. Please don't go here. Shop around and do your research.

Dr Murray was absolutely amazing! I went into the office in so much pain and he didnt try to judge on whatever else I needed done. He went straight to the pain and got rid of it. Will most definitely be going back to him for future needs.

I had to use this location for an emergency extraction of a wisdom tooth. Dr. Thota and his team were very informative and took care of me quickly and professionally. The location is easily located, clean, comfortable and the friendly staff answered all my questions.

I really do not like going to a dentist because it makes me uncomfortable, but Monarch Dental is not like other dentists offices. They make you feel at ease with the process of seeing to your dental needs. I was impressed.
