Let's be honest...who really enjoys going to the dentist? It's right up there between a colonoscopy and an IRS audit on my fun-o-meter. However, the staff a Monarch Dental in Burleson did a great job of making my experience as good as possible. Sharon and Dr. Ormeni we're fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. I am a huge whimp when it comes to needles and pain, but Dr. Ormeni did such a fantastic job of numbing my gums as gently as possible and helping me to stay calm and relaxed the entire time. She is terrific and will be my dentist from now on. Thanks guys.

I had a great experience with the office and staff! I would recommend any doctor that works in this office. I recently saw Dr. Murray and he is a wonderful dentist. He does great work and has great bedside manner!!! I would definitely recommend this office!

Dental assistant was friendly and did a fine job cleaning.
Radiation tech was an incredibly rude young fellow who warned the dental assistant to triple glove before going in my mouth, well within earshot.
Dentist informed me that a crown put in by Monarch several years ago was done incorrectly and would have to be replaced, at my expense.
Most recent crown on cracked tooth still has discomfort.
I will go back for routine teeth cleaning but I won't get any more dental work done here.

Definitely a much better exerience than other Monarch Dentals I've been to. Only thing was they never emailed or called with the approximate insurance costs for the recommended services.

Went in for 4 root canals, Dr. Murray, and Gudrun made the procedure as quick and painless as possible. Tonya and the other staff at the front desk were very nice and helped me pick a day for my next appointment.

When the Dr says to come back in 2-3 weeks and the front won’t schedule until 5 weeks out!!!! It is something like this every time we come and it’s so annoying!!! If we hadn’t already paid for my daughter braces we would go somewhere else!!

Very poor service when it comes to the orthodontist team. They never call back or work with me during scheduling. Told me as a parent I could not go to the back with my minor child due to covid-19. Very dismissive to my concerns. Horrible, needs to learn patient care......

Quick to get me to the back and quick to get procedures done. The staff always is concerned with my comfort. The work that is done always seems to last and is done effectively. The only negative would be it is hard to get fast appointments for non-emergencies
