If I could give you zero stars I would! Y’all have made this the worst experience! My braces were supposed to come off in March and my appointment yesterday was for removal and again y’all pushed it off cause y’all schedule the wrong appointment. Don’t go here! They are rude and my teeth look no better than they did when I started

I came here yesterday for an appointment. Dr Brad was very nice and very informative along with the dental hygienist, i believe her name is alma. The ladies at the reception desk were awesome and helped me find a finance plan thats best for me. They went above and beyond for me! If your looking for a good dentist in burleson i suggest Dr Brad!!!

I I had a temporary Crown put in on 6-22, It came loose on Friday 7/1. I called the Burleson office to rush there and have it placed back in. The young lady who answer the phone said she was the only one there, everyone else was out until Wed, 7/6. She suggested I get some glue at the drug store. I went to another Monarch Location who fixed it. It came out again today 7/4. I am beginning to rethink my relationship with Monarch because of the quality of work and customer service.
