Great office staff. Jessica,Mirna and Grace ate very nice and knowledgeable. Dr Walia is great. She calmed me down.i realy don't like the the dentists. However she was able to get me through the process. They do have a sence of humor. All are very kind and considerate

My daughter gets very anxious at the dentist. We had trouble at another dentist office that supposedly specializes in kids. The staff and dentist at Perla have been very kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make her comfortable and calm. My daughter actually hugs them when she is finished. That is almost a miracle. I never thought my daughter would be ok at the dentist again, much less hug them. Thank you for helping us. You are amazing.

Every time we come here there’s a long wait. There’s a reason you have appointments and that’s to keep things running smoothly. Had appointment set at 4:30 and still waiting to be seen and it’s 5:56 now. I’ll be finding a new dentist after this experience. Staff was friendly and apologized for wait. They were short handed.

My daughter went in to the Burleson Perla Dental (Dr. Kazi) for an extraction of (1) molar, it was going to be slightly complicated (So I told the office that as I made the appointment). We requested Nitrous Oxide (Which they made us pay $100) - she is a self pay with a discount card. I asked Dr. Kazi if SHE would be the one administering the Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen combo and she said "Yes" - WRONG. She left the room at least 4 times and was yelling across the hall for the Dental Assistant (Who goes to school for about 6 weeks) to adjust the Nitrous oxide/oxygen combo - Which is HIGHLY ILLEGAL not to mention DANGEROUS. People have DIED from Too much of one or the other! Thats Number 1.

#2. Why did the Dr. leave my daughter several times during a surgical extraction?

#3 So 2 1/2 hours later, my daughter comes out crying and in SEVERE PAIN. I asked what happened and that I needed to see the Dentist...the office clerk said "She is in with another patient". I said "I want to speak with the DR. NOW". Eventually Dr. Kazi came out and said that she was not able to get the 2 roots out and she had to cut into her jaw bone and was still not able to get them out so "She needs to come back tomorrow morning and hopefully I will be able to get them out then"...... SERIOUSLY? If she could not get 2 roots out in 2 1/2 hours, what makes Dr. Kazi think that she will be able to get them out with severe swelling the next morning?

My daughter has so much emtional trauma as well as soft tissue trauma to her gums, cheek, and tongue not to mention the trauma to the jaw bone and the socket where half of her tooth was and the other half is still in there!

TOTAL INCOMPETINCE - If ANY Dr. has even a clue that she/her CANNOT competently perform a procedure, then she should have immediately been referred to an oral surgeon instead of torturing her for 2 1/2 hours.

She did NOT complete the extraction, so I am DEMANDING OUR MONEY BACK for an incomplete job, and consulting an Attorney as well...I will not sit by and let this happen to anyone else. PLEASE do your research before going to this "Dentist" at the Burleson Perla Dental!

I went for several fillings and deep cleaning back in June was impressed that they were willing to do the work right then even though my appointment was late in the afternoon. Had one big cavity that I was afraid they would say needed a root canal however they took several x-rays to determine if that was needed or if it could just have a filling. Since they took the time to try and get the most accurate x-rays they were able to rule out the root canal and just do a filling. After the wonderful care I received I knew this was the place for my family. Took my kids who were very nervous, however the staff was wonderful and eased any concerns they had! One had to have filling and walked out saying that it didn't hurt at all. Will continue to go to Perla Dental of Burleson!

Staff and Dentist are nice but after drilling out the wrong tooth for 3hrs and having complications for almost 2 months and complaining about the pain nothing was done.Had to go somewhere else. And still today i have part of the tooth that was DRILLED out growing on the inside of my jaw which is very irritating and becoming a little painful. 2 is just for courtesy

I cannot believe I had to hit 1 star! This place is awful because of a woman named "Habiba" she was very rude to her staff and I experienced this personally! I wish I would have recorded her and put it online publicly because how she interacts is extremely u professional! I will say...the dentist Dr. Kazi is amazing!

Ladies at the front desk made a mistake verifying insurance prior to my appt time. I got there and called the insurance to get it all situated and after all that the ladies decided to reschedule my appt since it's going to "take a minute" to verify. I said never mind..packed my stuff and left!

Totally butchered my teeth. Drilled before matching the filling in my front tooth! Then says they dont have the matching color. The filling has lifted and looks terrible. I left bloody, they didn't even bother to rinse the blood off. Avoid at all costs .

Perla helped me get my smile and confidence back! I had gotten into a wreck and unfortunately lost one of my front teeth- Perla performed my dental implant procedure and I'm now able to flash my toothy grin confidently again!
