Routine dental cleaning. I forgot my wallet yet the front office gave grace and I paid over the phone upon my return home. No negativity or frustration on their part...just grace. When you know you're the one at fault, grace is so very much appreciated! The hygienist was thorough explaining all as she went along. She created a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. I didn't even have my normal *white coat" blood pressure response. Appreciate this great service at this convenient location.
