I had the greatest experience here and the work they provided me was absolutely top notch. Very very friendly, kind and professional. They put so much time to explain every step of the way to me. I totally recommend to everyone to definitely try them out! Again the staff is very professional and specifically Afsaneh was awesome. Even tho I went in on a Sunday they accommodated my needs and scheduled me to get my work done. ❤️❤️❤️

My first visit with them was very good, being a new homeowner to Texas .. I went back in 2021 to get a cleaning and they told me I had 9 cavities , I didn’t believe it cause I floss and brush daily plus after I eat I always brush my teeth. The lady came back with a quote for me and said she’d give me a discount , I turned it down because it was no way possible. I had to get a second opinion from another dentist , went to the other dentist they said I only had 2 cavities that needed to be filled. Anyways all in all, THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY !!!!! My gut feeling kept telling me go to another dentist and that I did. I barely eat sugar so 9 cavities wasn’t even possible.. I feel played because I didn’t have insurance at the time & they tried charging me $1300 such a rip off

I was sent to this location for my military LHI appointment. Usually when you’re sent for military appointments you don’t really expect the best. When I got there I was very impressed. Very clean, very friendly, and VERY ACCOMMODATING. I made it my family Dr. my 7yr is now a patient here. Thank you Epic dental team!

I went in same day for a dental emergency and I was really nervous. The entire staff was very kind and friendly. They were very thorough and helped me understand what I needed done. I spent 4 hours there and not once was I uncomfortable. I’m making them my go to dentist from now on!

Out of all of the dental offices I've encountered, Epic Family by far has been the best. All of the staff were very kind, accommodating, and thorough throughout my entire visit and the doctors were also very informative and was very detailed with everything going on in my cleaning. Definitely consider this location for your family dental visits!

I was told I had multiple cavities that need to be treated. They offered a discounted price of $1000 if I decided on same day treatment. It felt off, so I got a second opinion from a dentist who graduated from a top dental school. He said that I had one filling that may need to be treated later, but I was ok.
