Recently moved here and was pleasantly surprised to have found Epic Dentist. They were quick to make an appointment. Staff is helpful and friendly, Reasonably priced yet they've got all the new dental equipment and technology. Dentist was helpful, informative, friendly and professional. I will definitely go back.

Dr.Shin is the best dentist I've been to since a child, he moves quickly but efficient. Also very kind and pleasant plus very up front and honest about dental work needed. I was ashamed to admit it but I'm a recovering addict and had really done some damage by not taking care of myself or my teeth. I was honest and they were nothing less than amazing. The entire staff is beyond amazing and made me feel so cared for. The service was so affordable, it was beyond what i could have hoped for. This place is a hidden gem. Seriously if you care about your teeth, this place is the best hands down! You won't find a more professional, caring, amazing place - period.

On 4/7/2022, I visited the Epic Family Dentistry of Carrollton for an exam, x-ray and cleaning. The dentist examined my teeth and stated everything was normal. I am 26 years old female and I normally clean my teeth twice a year. My previous dentist have always said my teeth and gums was normal.
Afterwards the dental Hygienist Afsaneh Behbahani initiated the cleaning. She poke my gums very hard with a sharp tool and I started bleeding. She then told me she needs to numb and give me a deep cleaning. I have never heard this from any dentist including the one that just examine me.
It is clear the hygienist does not want to honor the Groupon Voucher. This hygienist needs to be review and reeducated. This seems to be a common problem from other patients as well. They want to numb everyone.

The atmosphere here is just like being with family. Katie and Likhita at the front desk make appointment setting very easy. They are so nice and even when I had pain after a filling they made me feel so welcomed to come back and adjust my bite. This is a great office!
