So I’m scared of the dentist. Haven’t been in 10 years. At first it was fear then I was afraid of being judged.
These guys were awesome.
Ennam the dental hygienist was so sweet and put me at ease, helped me not gag throughout my X-rays and was so supportive.
The dentist was kind and informative and honest. Didn’t feel like I was being scammed.
More importantly they put me at ease and I did not feel judged at all for how long I’d waited to take care of my health.
Overall very knowledgeable, very kind and supportive and I’m looking forward to getting a cleaning without having a panic attack!

Great customer service. Was able to assist with all needed dental services in a timely manner, and the Doctor and her assistant took wonderful care of me. On top of the great dental service, the front desk was extremely helpful with solving an issue with my insurance. I will definitely be returning, and recommending this place to others.

This was my first time visiting and everyone was super nice. They made it easy to book the appointment online, I got follow up for multiple days prior to my appointment and someone reached out to me today with earlier times. When I got there it didn’t take long at all to get called back. The hygienist was super sweet and explained everything thoroughly. The dentist had a great personality and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable like pasts dentist offices have. The front desk staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t take forever to get me checked out. I definitely recommend them!

Amazing staff. I went to lake forest dental prior to using mint. Only to find out I should have used mint long ago. Lake forest was tryin to give me a root canal on a tooth that apparently only needed a filling. Lake forest was also trying to over charge me to suck more money out of my insurance. The integrity that mint has is amazing. They are fast, efficient and don’t lie to people to get more money out of them. The best experience I’ve ever had with a dental office.

I had an amazing experience at Carrollton Mint Dentistry. I was very impressed with Dr. Zomorodian’s work ethic. She was great !! She always gave me time to ask question about the procedure which was very helpful in knowing what to expect. Thanks to her, I will have beautiful straight teeth going forward.
Office staff and her assistants were very professional and they always ensured that I was comfortable while I was there.

I've been coming here for 2+ years now. Mint is corporate dentistry its not the personal touch per say that you get if you have ever been to family dentistry. With all that said they do a good job. I have never felt pressured into having work done that might be questionable. In all instances I felt like everyone I dealt with had my best interest at heart. My only gripe has been is that treated like I was poor, signing away all my benefits. I had to have a deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning and I was like fine $100 isn't going to change my life. Small cost for trying to keep my teeth in the long run. The front desk person had to come back and have me sign like 3 things before proceeding to cleaning and this was after several visits and with insurance. I had no insurance on my first visit and spent like $750 for x-rays, cleaning, etc. I get the caution but word of advice come up with a better KYC process.

One of my worst experiences, got to my appointment 30mins before, they sloppiness and inattentive to new patients was noticed. They made me feel so uncomfortable, scraping my teeth, my mouth and overall pretty rough. Dental assistant was talking not even looking while completing my cleaning. The doctor was just as bad quickly came and poked and scraped my teeth and just got up and said wait for the assistant to finish. The whole process took over 2hrs and it felt like a waste of time after I left.

If I could give 0 Stars. I would! The person that does the insurance was very uncompassionate about my situation. Too lazy to verify my coverage an was basically trying to show incorrect cost amount because she didn't take time to verify my insurance. She blamed me for my treatment and without knowing what my situation was. Why would you show some one incorrect Amounts? The Dentist and the hygienist was perfect but the Insurance person need training on Integrity/Sensitivity! I will not be returning back to Mint.

Dr. Harrison and his team are wonderful! They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and not out of place, and the whole experience was wonderful! Thank you all for being awesome and going above and beyond even when I had so many last minute changes, I truly appreciate it!!!!
