I have gotten to the dentist in a while (oops) so I was concerned about my dental health and a little worried about being shamed for not going for so long. The receptionists are so sweet and even knew who I was right away! The hygienist, Lindsay, was amazing and calm. She explained every step of the process; she knew I had anxiety over dental work but made it very easy for me to understand what she needed to do for the checkup. Dr. Rodriguez came in and discussed with myself and Lindsay what the treatment plan would look like and went over timeline of any procedures I needed. The receptionists at the end explained all the costs very clearly as well. It was overall a very positive experience and Iām looking forward to them helping me out with getting my dental health back on track!

Just recently moved to the DFW, and needed to find a new dentist. As someone who is out on his own for the first time they were very patient with me as I tried gathering all of my insurance information. I went in for a general checkup and teeth cleaning and it was phenomenal. Lindsey did a fantastic job and made sure I was always comfortable and explained what I can do at home to help optimize my dental health. I would highly recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist!

I've been meaning to give The Carrollton Dentist a review for a while. I first found them at the beginning of this year (January 2018). I have a complicated dental history from when I was a kid and I had been putting off going to the dentist for about 10 years.
I'm not from this area and prior to finding the Carrollton Dentist I had tried a few other dentists around the area. The few that I tried seemed like they were trying to do unnecessary work and I felt my mouth was a lost hope after leaving those offices. This was not the case at The Carrollton Dentist, I consider myself very fortunate for finding them.
The staff at The Carrollton Dentist were very welcoming and calmed all of my fears immediately. I'm pretty self-conscious about my teeth and the staff here didn't make me feel like my teeth were a lost cause. They set me on a plan to take care of high priority items and Lindsey did a cleaning. I had a (much needed) crown done on one of my molars and the crown is perfect, Dr. Rodriguez did a fantastic job. I plan on having all of my other dental work done here as well.
Big shout out to Erika, Sarah, Lindsey, Tina, Diamond and Dr. Rodriguez, everyone in this office is very professional and I feel that they genuinely care. They've always been able to work with my insurance. I no longer have insurance and they were able to work with me on getting a cleaning done. I would give this office more stars if I could.
